Our room was spacious,clean and had all the facilities one would expect. The staff were welcoming and helpful as instanced by them storing our luggage as we’d arrived early. Also appreciated was laundry facilities and a generous range of TV stations on the TV provided. The availability of newspapers near reception was also appreciated.

Right on the edge of the old town but quiet. Walk to Opera National in 10 or so mins. Bus almost at door, #1 Bus and tram close. Supermarket massive and very close. As a light traveler it was good and convenient and easy. Big room. With a nice courtyard balcony. Staff very helpful.

Location excellent. All amenities within walking distance including a supermarket. Didn’t eat in hotel - bought breakfast from local bakery instead. Staff very friendly and helpful. Family suites have a balcony which is great when returning early with a baby. Hotel quiet. Easy to access public transport from hotel. We have stayed a few times now in this hotel because it is so convenient.

Room was dirty. Floors did not seem to have been cleaned prior to our stay

Central location ideal for walking around and heading out for food and drinks without needing a taxi or public transport. Friendly staff. Cosy but comfortable and clean. Perfect for friends weekend.

they were re decorating the seating / breakfast/outside area so not able to use it , it would have been nice to be informed as we choose it on the basis of having somewhere to sit on an evening if we didn’t want to go out

Nothing really

Spacious room and bathroom that were maintained well, even though a little old. The large lifts were also a welcome surprise. Staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us enquire with vineyards for tours since we spoke no French. There's a shopping complex, Meriadeck right across the road which is super convenient.

One of our favourite stays during our trip. Reception provided us with a warm welcome and were very helpful. The rooms were quite large and the bedding was superb. Location of the aparthotel was very close to the main part of the city which is ideal as all of the attractions are within walking distance. You can easily reach the accommodation from the train station as well by catching a bus which takes you right outside of it.

The location, the quality of the shower, the quality of the soap and shower gel, the quality of the bed...

I would have liked a washing basin in the toilet!! May I also suggest including a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer? The room was not spotless, and I used the dustpan and brush to clean corners and around the window when I arrived. Having said that, I know I am a bit fussy...

The room was spacious and well-equipped for me to make tea and heat food. Bathroom was terrific. Bed was very comfortable. Easy to use tram from airport and again when leaving from the railway station. Also to get around town when I had walked enough.

The toilet didn't have a wash hand basin and the bathroom was on the other side of the room.

Option to have your own wine in outdoor area. Sauna and steamroom nice also Reception staff very responsive and super friendly. Security of a high standard at front door and lift card security very effective. Location excellent for city centre. 3 minutes from tram ride to Aerport from Meriadeck stop. Overall pleasent stay at Adagio, would recommend and repeat. I L

A really great place for a longer stay in Bordeaux! A nicely equipped studio with a balcony and a small practical kitchenette which has all you need (incl. dishwasher). Great location from the point of view of moving around Bordeaux - close to trams and buses, and short walking distance to the centre. An Auchan shop is just next door so you can buy all you need to prepare meals in the studio. And there is a nice small sauna!

Perhaps the sauna could stay open a little longer? It closes at 9.30pm.
