No where to wait until checkin

The wifi worked really well, and we felt the service was super friendly and helpful. We also felt parking our car in the garage offered rather than on the street was an added bonus.

The rooms aren't big yet they're comfortable.

Super great location, in the heart of Chartrons, but quiet! The flat offers what’s necessary for a comfortable stay. Comfy bed, spacious wardrobe, powerful shower and even a little kitchen with basic amenities. Great attentive staff!

The decoration could be a bit more modern :) That’s all!

The location was very good, the lovely walk along the river to the centre was 25 minutes. The tram was a 5 minute walk and it was only 2 stops to the centre. Staff were helpful and friendly. The price for the studio was good value.

The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom towel was rather small and there was only one hand towel for 2 people.

Well located. The kitchenette is pretty well equipped.

Even though they have heat on air conditioning, the supply is not enough or it’s not properly working. The room was super cold. We had to ask for an extra blanket. Plus, the apartment is not as good as the pictures.

1. The property was close enough to walk to the tram B, which we took to get to and from the city centre and train station. 2. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us extra towels as stayed a week. 3. The split level unit allowed more room for the bedroom upstairs, with a writing table, but the downstairs area was cramped.

1. The poorly lit interior. The wall lamps were not bright and I had to take off the light cover to see better. 2. The split level unit meant getting up and down the stairs to the bedroom. It was good exercise during the day, but during the night, it was quite dangerous going down to use the bathroom when one is half asleep. 3. The wifi system which required email authorisation which often did not work and the reception could not help us. We ended up using our own wireless internet. The system should be changed, because once you logged in to get the email authorised, if you failed to reply in time to the email because it did not arrive in time, you have to wait for the next day before you can try and log in again. 4. The roster system at the reception. We were told that on Sundays and Thurs there were no night to morning reception staff on duty. When we checked out on Sat am there was no one there as well. We needed a taxi and ended taking a tram to the station. Most annoying and almost missed out train.

Location

The beds - The mattresses had dips in them from extended use. It was like sleeping in a hole or ditch. The mattress protectors didn't "Breathe." Therefore, within 20 minutes of being in bed until the morning we were covered in sweat, the sheets were wet and it was uncomfortable. Also, the window had no fly-screen and we got bitten to death by mosquitos.

Nice location, trendy neighborhood. Fair price.

Upon arrival, we were given a room which stunk like cold tobacco. Really awful. We requested another room, without stench and the receptionist helped us, which was appreciated. Still, even though the other room was not stinky, the residence looks pretty old. The window in the room was built in with some thick shutters, which looked pretty bad, and made me feel like being in a cage. That was the shock for us: on the pictures, the rooms looked pretty decent. But in reality, not so much, unfortunately.

Studio is convenient : spacious, clean, equipment is OK. Location is good.

No flexibility, staff polite but not nice. Facilities are old and dirty. It does not feel safe.
