The view from the room was great and it is near the train station and the Glacier Express train.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, our sleep was a very bad experience.

Overall great refurbished old building moments to the train station and really nice rooms and facilities

Hotel facilities and staff were first class. Viewes beautiful and stay unique. Dining room and meals special and scotch bar unique experience as were the bag-pipers. Thx to hotel drivers for transport into city and to rr station.

It is very clean, the view is great, staff is friendly. the restaurant has a nice menu, an interesting and very complete wine list and there is also a whiskey bar with a lot of options that you csn choose.

This hotel is ideally situated if you are planning some rail excursions (Berina Express & Glacier Express). The station underpass takes you straight to the road across the penetration crossing (where cars obligingly stop), then over the bridge and then wheel your suitcase up a sharp incline to the hotel entrance (in all it took me 4 minutes). The hotel has a spectacular location overlooking the lake. I was booked into a single room. The bed felt a bit on the narrow side (so I would check dimensions if I were you) and was not up against a wall so anxious I might actually fall out. However, my room safe (was a new version) which did not appear to be operational. On raising this with reception, it was tested and deemed not operable and the reedy was to re-arrange me to a superior double. My recommendation would be go for the super double. I had a fantastic room with a view over lake and St Moritz. Very comfy bed. The little spa area is a real treat. It can comfortably accommodate max 8 people, so you have to make a reservation. It was fine as it does not seem to be in high use in the summer. It really is a well-thought-out and luxurious spa experience including a tropical bird song to help you relax. I had an evening meal which was an all-you-can-eat carvery buffet CH45. The serving were over generous. During the summer the St Moritz hotels have a gratis transport card for all the busses and skill lifts. I used this to go up to the top of the mountains (allow enough time as it takes 3 changes with considerable waiting times between stations, with last decent circa 5pm) A really great hotel

Location near town accessible by walking. Magnificent lake view from balcony . 2 level family room was great for family of 4. Wonderful buffet breakfast.Hotel pick up from station available and this was great for us with 4 luggages . Warm hotel reception. definitely will come again

Probably one of the best "spot" in St Moritz, on the shore of the lake, close to the main access road and railways station. Definitively the most optimal location for the Summer Season and Summer Season activities. Hotel & rooms renovated in the last years but keeping the spirit of the former "chalet" ambiance. Outstanding breakfast... the kind of buffet you eat once for the full day. Specific mention to the free public transportation card (cable car/ telepherique, train, bus) granted for a stay of minimum 2 nights : it is a great plus which makes definitively worth to book a second night!
