Simplesmente maravilhoso! Não queria ir embora rsrs Quarto bem grande, cama super confortável. Banheiro com o melhor chuveiro que já vi; bem amplo também. Café da manhã espetacular, super variado e gostoso. Piscina aquecida e com uma vista deslumbrante. Nosso quarto era lateral e tinha uma vista absurda da praia: muito lindo!!! Foi tão bom que pegamos uma diária a mais do previsto.

Tudo MARAVILHOSO! Foi tão bom que estendemos nossa estadia mais um dia! Quarto enorme, confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso! Café da manhã delicioso, cheio de opções, inclusive sem açúcar, glúten e lactose para quem tem alguma restrição. Localização perfeita, com ótimos restaurantes pertos, e cabine da PM na frente. A vista do nosso quarto era incrível! Esperávamos vista da cidade e ficamos na lateral do prédio, com um visual lindo da praia e do Cristo. Piscina aquecida e com visual de tirar o fôlego! Academia simples mas funcional; super nova e conservada. Não é um hotel barato, mas vale a pena pra se dar um agrado de vez em quando.

A localização é excelente.. meu quarto tinha vista para o mar.. pena que eram janelas e não terraço... mas no mais, o hotel é excelente.

La cama era cómoda, habitación medianamente silenciosa, era espacioso y limpio.

La comida cara y de calidad regular. La ubicación era tranquila, pero demasiado,no había mucho que hacer cerca. La piscina del hotel cerraba a las 8 de la tarde! Pesimo porque llegabas tarde de salir y no alcanzas a disfrutar de la piscina, el personal del bar no era tan amable (sobre todo mujeres), una de las veces no quisieron tomarnos el pedido desde la piscina porque llovía, nos gritaron que para pedir teníamos que ir nosotros hacia ellos. Llovió casi todos los días en Río, y la verdad nos esperábamos por lo menos disfrutar bien de la piscina, pero cerraba temprano, era caro y no era de la mejor calidad. En conclusión, no volvería, la estadía no fue económica y el servicio era promedio, siento que pagué extra solo por estar en la playa, pero no valió la pena, hay hoteles que están a dos cuadras de la playa mucho más baratos y de mejor calidad, me arrepiento de no haber tomado esa opción :(

The location of the hotel was for me perfect. I love Leme beach and I could hear the waves at night from my room. The people at the reseption were always helpfull and kind. The bed in the room was very comfortable for me.

The room itself was nice. It would have been convenient if it would have had a bathrobe, an iron board with iron, in the bathroom some tissues for faces, conditioner... The equipment in the room was a bit disapointing.

Amazing locations with walking distance to the metro and right in front of Leme beach, which is a continuation of Copacabana beach. Beautiful views from the rooftop, where there's a heated pool and a bar. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast delicious. A special thank you to the receptionist Costa, who made our check-in easy, and received our luggages from the airport that have been lost and returned to us. As well as to the receptionist Yanne who made our check-out quick and was very friendly.

The only reason we couldn't give a higher rate for this hotel was due to the tour we booked with them. Although it is not Windsor hotels that offer the tours, they have a partnership with a local tour company (A&E tours) and you can make bookings directly through reception. We chose the hotel tours to avoid being scammed and expected similar level of service as seen in the hotel, once Windsor made the commitment of associating the hotel name with the tour by offering the partnership. Unfortunately after paying R$950 for 2 people on the tour, we were set in a van with a guide who would watch memes on Facebook for most of the tour, with minimal interaction, and that in the end of the tour took us to an absolutely disgusting restaurant. After the tour, we checked Google reviews from the A&E tours and we saw very negative comments from other tourists, including mentioning same experience with restaurant the company took us to. Again, the hotel is great, we just don't recommend you making the tours booking with them directly.

The View was spectacular - it is not the highest rooftop pool/deck/bar in the area but the view is amazing. You can see Leme, Copacobana, and a bit of Ipanema. You can even see Christ the redeemer from the roof top. Room - I was initially disappointed that my room was at the back of the hotel. Opposite of where the beach would be but I had a spectacular view of one of the Favelas and the Corcovado mountain. The stay were amazing. Every one was so attentive and would great you all the time with a big smile.

There was nothing really to dislike about this place. Something perhaps nitpick-y is the glass fence on the rooftop, especially on the pool area is not clean very often. The glass is full of water spots so you can't really see clearly the beaches through the glass if you are in the pool. On the deck it's great. Only the glass is dirty. I would go up every morning before 8 and they are cleaning the pool.. but not the glass barrier.

Breakfest is good, the view of the top floor is amazing. Location is quite good as well.

The bed is big but there were two beds combined, creating discomfort in the middle of it.

Staff was at times aggressive. When we booked the room we got a price for the breakfast at 76 and by the time we arrived it increased at 99. Also we made a deposit to pay food at the end of our stay. However, when we had breakfast we were asked to pay at that same moment. We explained the server that we made a deposit but he aggressively told us: you need to pay now. We refused, he then went to the receptionist who confirmed our version. Maybe it is just a language barrier
