Great place to stay. It was super-clean. Beach is 1 min away. Bus stop to catch a bus to Sirmione is just by the door.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Near the lake. Our room had a terrace. Room was very clean.

We loved the location of Hotel Ganfo!! It’s a beautiful view of the lake across the street, there’s an excellent restaurant also across the street (Ristorante Lugana), and a very good gelato place next door (Dippa). We didn’t eat at the hotel but it smelled amazing every morning / evening. The hotel is also right behind the bus stop, so very convenient to travel to.

Helpful staff, good location - the beach is some 100 m away, bus stop by the hotel, nice bars and restaurants around.

Please change at least pillows, the are so old and uncomfortable :(. My sleep was not good, because of uncomfortable bed.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, good location, good continental breakfast selection.

Wifi didn’t reach our room and room was a bit small. Having said that, we were out most of the days we stayed there so neither really mattered.

Staff was a little bit strange. I was in a conversation with a staff member regarding the payment. Suddenly another staff member came and started interfering in a unpolite way even tough he didn’t know what the conversation was about. In addition, they have really thin walls so when your neighbours are showering and closing the doors you will hear this. LATSLY, FOR PERSONS PAYING WITH CC (Mastercard) THERE WAS AN ERROR. luckily I had a maestro card with me.

Good location of the hotel.

Very noisy. The walls are not thick and you can hear everything. We had a room on the road side and it seems to us that there was only single glazing because we could hear a lot of traffic. The shower is quite small and the bedding is very hard.

- the staff doesn't speak enlgish, hard to communicate - the room is super small like a prison - I can literally hear every sound from the hall, and outside. The room was really not soundproof - the worst thing : the clean staff kept opening the door without any knocking or permission from me even before 9am. It was very unpleasant and not proper as a hotel business
