Great staff and services, it's definitely a family oriented hotel. Great location. The food was superb!

The pool was a bit small for the amount of guests and parking can be very challenging as the hotel can't accommodate all the guests cars.

They uprgraded my room because im pregnant they wanted me to be more comfortable and closer to the elevators wich was amazing, the food is amazing very fresh and tasty, specially the dinner, and the staff was very helpful and nice, i highly recommend this hotel and this is gonna our go to hotel everytime we visit Eilat!!!

Hotel refused to answer any pre arrival questions through Booking.com. Wifi was the worst I have ever experienced at any any comparable hotel in the last 10 years.

location is amazing. exit the hotel straight to the beach, with sun beds. breakfast was rich. pool is clean and many sitting spots.

My room was on the eigth floor . It was clean . The guy who cleaned the room was so good . The service was excellent .

the constant barrage of music from the pool during the day was awful. It woke us up early, when we are on holiday. Music should only start 10 am. we were unable to have a nap during the afternoon. there should be a quite period from say 3pm to 4pm. Also the choice of music was terrible. nobody wants to hear doof doof club music around a family pool. Current hits is much better. Then at night, I am not sure where music was coming from but there was more doof doof until 1 or 2 pm. Not great for sleeping.

-very poor service from staff across the board: at restaurant, reception and beach -tables cleaned not fast enough- ate in dirty surroundings -pool area overfilled with people with no possibility to relax and enjoy as a young couple -heavily geared towards large families - priority is over quantity not quality- food especially- should be better in such establishment -hotel feels old and run down, even though we stayed in the new recently upgraded room

Pool facilities were excellent and very clean, however too many sun loungers made the area very cramped which was completely unnecessary, at this time of the year it would have been sensible to have had less sun loungers. As far as the dining area was concerned I believe on Friday night Shabbat you needed to have two sittings as the balagan was chaotic at best. The food generally was of a reasonable standard however the scrambled eggs at breakfast were terrible, why you couldn’t use fresh eggs rather than re-constituted eggs, they tasted unpleasant and were warm at best.

Our room although comfortable was overlooking a car park, having requested a change of room I was informed there was nothing available, this was very disappointing as this was my wife’s 70th birthday weekend.
