Localisation in calm district, just 5 minutes from railway station. Very clean room and very polite and courteous personnel.

The staff and breakfast were excellent. The person at check-in gave us so many helpful tips and directions.The proximity to the train station (Mestre)and the bus stop to access Venice, was also excellent. Also there was a screen on our window which was great as the mosquitos were biting.

The location was great, as the bus station was opposite the hotel. The room was pretty decorated in a Venice style. It was super clean and with no issues or problems. As it was a little cold outside, they kept the heating on for the whole stay. The staff was friendly and always helpful to each question we had. The breakfast was simple and had some basic options, but was what we needed for the start of the day.

The location is excellent, very quiet neighbourhood and very close to the train for Venice. The staff was extra nice. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic place , most helpful staff, we were happy with everything. There is also good connection to Venice, just few meters from villa is a bus stop.

the location is near the train station, great location. the host is friendly and the breakfast is good enough. they provide u a map, which is very useful if you want to walk around the Venice island.

Location was good as it is near the Mestre station which has train/bus links to both airports and to the main Venice city where the canals are located. It also had nice food places and cafes/patisseries nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful when advising transportation. The property was clean and comfortable, and although we had to leave before breakfast was served we managed to grab a few freshly baked croissants which were delicious.

The room was just right beside the reception so we could hear every conversation between the receptionist and late-night arrivers or early leavers. nevertheless, it did not spoil our vacatiion. it belongs to Italy
