All of the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke impeccable English. The breakfast was on the roof of the hotel and was absolutely delicious. A great selection of very fresh foods. The room was very clean and quite spacious.

The hotel was quite outdated. It looked as though other floors had been updated but unfortunately our room wasn’t on one of those floors. Our shower didn’t really work either which was quite unfortunate. We didn’t complain at the time as we were only staying for 2 nights. The hotel is about 30 minute walk from the Duomo. Lots of public transport options though if a daily walk isn’t for you.

Very good location close to public transportation. Good satisfying breakfast. Lilly in the breakfast room was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The facility as a whole was very comfortable and clean.We stayed in the double room with patio which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Milan. Highly recommended.

Attitude of male desk attendants during the day less helpful and friendly. The night woman desk attendant was friendly and delightful though.

Really lovely little hotel located close to a metro station. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are lovely and the rooms are comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was included in the rate and was really nice. Will definitely return with friends and family.

Nothing i liked. i have been transfered to another hotel nearby without letting me know in advance. I show up at the property and they told me they tried to contact me which is not the case and send me to a different hotel nearby. They say it is 4 star so i got an upgrade. The hotel has nothing to do with the kind of hotel I chose. The hotel they transfered me to, the hotel night is only 120 euto there where i payed for around 200 euro for metrò hotel. I felt completely scammed as if they told me in advance i was transfered somewhere else I would probably cancel my booking. We book a lot of hotel and it is the first time we got this issue. Bad communication and definitely will not come back to this property

Location is good, very close to the Metro station Wagner on red line. Options of food and supermarket on the street. Able to walk from the hotel to the Duomo (about 20 mins). Breakfast is good at the top floor of the building. The tram that goes by one of the streets that the hotel is facing is noisy but that didn't bother me.

A lot of noise from the corridor/common area of the floor.

The hotel was even better than in the pictures. We had two family rooms close together just off the lobby. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The free breakfast was very nice. The staff were helpful and accommodating. It was a short walk from the metro station, and there were restaurants in walking distance. It was a short metro ride to the Duomo.

There was noise from the metro.
