Waterfront Lodge is absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here and the owners are very welcoming. They gave us great tips for sightseeing and restaurants to visit. The place is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend people to stay here.

A beautiful house with great view over the water. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, we were upgraded to a different room. Delicious breakfast with option of continental or full English breakfast. Marion and her husband recommended restaurants, places to visit.

The guesthouse is perfectly located on the Knysna lagoon and easily accessible from the N2. Breakfast was great. The host allocated us a more suitable room on arrival

The owners made us feel very welcome, and they go out of their way.
An added bonus was the beautifully presented and scrumptious breakfast and when i went outside to my car, the staff was busy cleaning my car.

This was our most comfortable stay during a long SA roadtrip. A huge manor, beautifully located at the lagoon, with a beautiful garden, privacy and spacious very comfortable rooms. Owned by the most friendly and hospitable couple one could wish for. They not just provided us with the most delicious breakfast but also with all the information we needed to get the most out of our visit to the region. We would definitely return and advise anyone to choose their place and enjoy the same hospitality as we did.

Beautiful spacious rooms, lovely furnishing.superb bathroom and patio overlooking Knysna lagoon. Very convenient for exploring the area and the view was stunning. Hosts Marion and Gavin went over and above waiting for our missing luggage and chasing up our change of hire car. We cannot thank them enough. Breakfasts at Waterfront Lodge were excellent.

It was like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble. Our hosts were friendly and knowledgeable, pointing us in the right direction for sights, meals etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would not hesitate to return on a future occasion.
Load shedding was a pain but our hosts had made contingency plans which worked really well. Dark skies produced a stunning display of stars one night.

It was a great pleasure to return to this wonderful lodge on the Knysna lagoon. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay unforgetable. The excellent breakfast , the wonderful atmosphere, comfortable beds are exacly what a guest loves.

Everything. Marion and Gavin went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and warm. Breakfast was really tasty. The view of the Lagoon from our rooms was exceptional

Our hosts Gavin and Marianne were amazing. They were both very attentive in helping us find our way around Knysna and the service was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts and views over the lagoon.
