Good location

The rooms were on the top floor with no lift and no warning was given regarding this. Some of us are in good shape and still had to rest mid-way up at least once. No water pressure at all so you had to sit and 'enjoy' the drops that did managed to get all the way to the top. We sent a polite email about this and still no response or acknowledgment.

basic room but clean and comfortable. Bit of a squeeze moving about for two but reasonless value for money.

No lifts.i was on the third floor and having lung cancer it was a real struggle to get to my room. There also seemed to be a horrible smell coming from the carpet now and again

Great Value quiet hotel room. Central Hastings location with Beach View. Would stay again.

Where to start with this room TV didn't work room was dusty and dirty behind the bed and on the door frames room next door was smoking so smells smoke knowing that there was a big label saying no smoking beyond this point shower was absolutely terrible no pressure to the shower head at all the bed was a wobbly the room was not worth £180 for two nights wouldn't recommend to anyone else best thing about the room was the view there wasn't any staff about you had to phone them which I wasn't doing why should I have to phone them someone should be in reception at all times........
