Die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Theresienwiese und der dortigen Ubahn-station ist gut.
Laut Internetseite sollte das Hotel barrierefrei sein. Aber selbst mit dem Aufzug mussten wir Treppen zu unserem Zimmer mit dem Kinderwagen bewältigen. Auch der Weg in die Tiefgarage war nicht barrierefrei.
Das WLAN wird zwar kostenfrei angeboten, funktioniert aber nur in der Lobby. Auf dem Zimmer überhaupt nicht. Die Zimmer sind nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Da aufgrund der viel befahrenen Straße auch keine Fenster geöffnet werden können wegen der Lautstärke, erhitzt sich das Zimmer sehr schnell, was einen klaren Minuspunkt darstellt.

hotel is located quite near to the train station. Shopping center , bakery, pizzeria are quite near.
Previous guests towels were forgot in our room. Cleaning doesn’t seem to be very precise. Nobody said sorry for this situation.

Super rekening gehouden met onze baby van 8 maanden. Er was zelfs een magnetron naar de kamer gebracht! Ook werd er een vervangende televisie gebracht zodat papa naar Oranje kon kijken op het EK. :-) Super lieve mensen, ook bij het ontbijt!

Frühstück war okay, aber Wurst und Käse aus Großpackungen und es gab nicht mal Camembertkäse. Fleischsalat mit Essigzusatz, sehr sauer. Obstsalat gut, aber frisches Obst und auch frische Paprika haben gefehlt. Teeangebot und auch Körnerbrot waren gut.
Betten in der Mitte sehr durchgehangen, nicht gut für Rücken. Unser Zimmer 003 etwas klein, Bett am Fenster sehr eng zur Terrassentür und deshalb auch keine Ablage. Ansonsten sauber und große Gepäckablage, es haben Koffer und Reisetasche darauf gepasst.

Die Lage und die Tiefgarage sind optimal.
In den Zimmern sind alte und unhygienische Teppichböden, die durch die Zeit auch nicht sauber wirken. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls nicht sehr sauber, dicke Staubbeläge in der Heizung, in Steckdosen und anderen Stellen.
Das Frühstück war maximal „ausreichend“.

Das Personal wechselt selten, so kennt man die Menschen dort.
Bei offenem Fester zu schlafen ist nicht so angenehm, da die Straße recht laut ist.

Mit offenem Fenster schlafen, war unmöglich, da es an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt.
Mir fehlte dann eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, da es schnell sehr warm wurde.

Huge comfortable bed, the bathroom was very clean. It's only 15-20 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was very tasty (quark, beer rolls and chickpea salad were amazing!).
The garage was very small and rather expensive (13eur/day extra, it's not included in the price).

The wifi signal is not very strong. There is no kettle in the room, so it will be good if there is a pantry room or somewhere can get drinking water.

Very helpful staff who were always ready to assist ... spacious room with a bathtub.
Good location of the hotel - close to the underground, less than 5 minute's walk.
Then only 10 minutes away from Munich center.
Restaurants and a supermarket located nearby were convenient to reach.
The WIFI is very weak and keeps cutting out intermittently.
The breakfast was good but could do with a bit more variety.

The proximity to the town and restaurants. The man at reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast!
The woman on reception who accused me of not paying . such a shame as up to that point we thought it was excellent.

We liked everything. The location (especially during "the wiesn", parking garage, room, breakfast. The room faced main street and was great. You could watch the atmosphere of the city. The staff was helpfull, nice, kind. Bathroom nice, a lot of towels.
We liked everything, no complains. We visited a lot of hotels and this was as good as any of the others.

The first night I did not like our room. The street was too noisy to have the window open. The next day we ask to move and they put us on the bottom floor. We really liked it. It was quiet and we had a porch. The bed was comfortable and we sleep really well. The staff was very nice. It was a good!
The first night at the hotel we were on the second floor. The noise from the street was too load to have the window open. It wasn't cool enough in the room to get a good night sleep. Good thing they moved us to a better suited room the next morning.
