• Service was phenomenal. Our flight delays resulted in an arrival after the 10:30pm cut-off. Contacted the hotel and they had no problem letting us in later, holding bags after check-out so we could explore the sights comfortably. Couldn't ask for anything better. • Beds are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. • The service, once again, was top tier. This is a hotel that truly cares about their guests.

the hotel was located in a good location almost near to all the tourist attractions but it really was not a 3 stars hotel, if I would be able to rate the hotel it would be at most 1 stars. but the staff were good and helpful.

A small hotel in a very old building (presumably XVI century or like), in the heart of the old town and close to the old port. Clean and comfortable. A good breakfast. A bit noisy in the late evening - but this is the price to pay when you book in the old town close to a large port.

Location, facilities were poorly kept, too little for the price paid.

Total chaos at breakfast, no personel availeble for coffee as he was handeling the problemes at reception. I even called the owner during the chaos asking to send an invoice by mail as the recption couldn't find it. her answer was "you must wait for me I am arriving"! we didn't see her. We left and will not come back. After a mail to the owner we got a mail back that we had coffee and a good breakfast and no refund was nessesary!
