Excelente atención del personal y las instalaciones muy buenas y recomendable.

- The swimmings pools were really nice, lots of options ranging from hot to cold - room was comfortable, nice bed, hot water kettle with coffee and tea - nice shower and water pressure - Very good WiFi! - Very nice staff, most of them spoke English and really wanted to help with any questions we had (from ordering food to finding a specific store in town) - Breakfast was delicious, with many options for yoghurt, pancakes, waffles, eggs, omelet, french toast, crepe rellenos

- We booked a room with a bathtub, but we had to switch three times before we got one. That room was very very hot and the airco only functioned to 18 degrees, but didn't work well so it stayed really warm in the room. We had to switch again, but that room was way smaller and didn't have a big TV like the other room. - the bathtubs don't have a plug which fits! None of the rooms do, so we had to improvise with a bar of soap...the bath itself looked a bit old too. - Breakfast was a bit the same after 6 nights, not much variation between types of fruits or pies/pastries. - The hotel has a restaurant, but a bit expensive. There are not many options in the surroundings. - Our car got damages by another car's doors.. the hotel paid for polishing after some discussion, but still a little bump visible. - We made tea in a glass and the glass shattered! They even wanted us to pay for this (35Bs!! We can buy 5 tea glasses for this money in Europe!). In the end we didn't have to pay, but it's a safety hazard that they even have these glasses next to the tea/water kettle.

The place was nice and staff very kind

Actually I had a concern, because the reservation was for a room but the receptionist asked me how many people was in the room. We were 2 for a couple of hours and then we left. The price for one person was half and then after he ask the price increase to double and more.

We liked that it was out of town a bit, it was quiet. The breakfast was fair, choices were good.

The bed was not the best.

The staff was really kind, even with my dog. The whole hotel is amazing and has all the comforts. Ideal for family holidays

The food was excellent, the staff atention was on point, the facilities are very confortable and the place is very clean

The coffee was bad (not breakfast)
