exceptionally clean and beautiful location

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. The springs could be felt when you laid on it. Breakfast was disappointing too

Superb breakfast and evening meal

The location was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was first class.

The stairs to room were narrow and steep. The mattress was lumpy. No electric point for hairdryer by the mirror.

Lovely inn on the river with super views. Room was a good size, very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Super friendly staff. Excellent food . Weather was very kind to us. What more can you ask for...?

Only minor things . A few of the stairs up to the room are a bit steep though we were fine with them. Would have liked a small fridge in the room to keep the milk and water cool.

Double beds could do with being kingsize. Mattress was a little too soft.

It was so. Nice we couldn't complain. about anything. The venue was. beautiful the room was clean and comfortable with.a picturesque view.of the river, and the.staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent. So was the food and location. I'd go back again but just not to stay!

The shower didn't work and the bed was particularly well used; time to change it in my opinion. The was no shaver socket to charge my tooth brush. Sockets in general were lacking. The carpet felt dirty under (bare) foot.

nothing - there’s no lift and very steep narrow stairs as it’s a very old building so this must restrict who can comfortably stay there

The locally sourced breakfast was so full of taste, from the croissants to the cooked breakfast. Excellent.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We had views of the river wye from our room which was a lovely surprise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back for another visit

Poor wifi and small bed for two

The location on the banks of the River Wye was beautiful and perfect for walking and cycling. The staff were really welcoming and friendly they put themselves out to make me feel special and welcome. Food was traditional and from mostly local suppliers so good provenance. The room overlooked the river and was clean and bright with white linen sheets. All the staff were friendly and willing to help really good service.

A beautiful location, lovely views from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and obviously care about their customers. The Inn is over 500 years old, beautifully modernised while keeping its character. Dinner was great and a very good breakfast too.

double bed was too small, we’re used to a king. menu only offered one vegan option. people in room next to us came to bed late and didn’t lower their voices. very loud.
