Great location, right in the center but the rooms are quite. Very spacious room. Modern bathroom. Good pressure for hot water. Very clean. Friendly personal. Breakfast comes directly to the room.

Room was big enough. The view was perfect. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and kind. Perfect location, located in Victor Emanuel Street, the heart or Foggia. It's looks like a 4 star hotel

The stairs are a lot for a person with heavy luggage.

Very nice B&B. in front of a beautiful park and close to evething. Good breakfast inside the room. GPS doesnt find the correct address. Long stairs up to reach the place.

The air conditioning was out of order so we felt heat inside the room.

I loved the location, the room, the acces system and the specially the staff. One of the best possible locations in Foggia. Close to the Train Station and close to the downtown.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the breakfast system. In general breakfast are poor in Italy but here there was an aditional difficulty because it is prepared in other location.

The value was undeniable. The quality, design, location and comfort was great, especially considering the price the property was charging (given that it was an off season and Foggia is not on the radar of many tourists). All the amenities and interior was top notch and the place can't be more central.

I don't mind hotels (b&B's) that take up a whole floor in residential buildings, however owners need to be mindful of common spaces and how close they are to the rooms guests are staying in. The main complaint I have is the fact that the reception was literally one step away from the entrance to our room. First, it makes it awkward for guests to talk in the room as I am sure the receptionist can hear everything. Second, receptionist or other guest was watching a TV late at night and it wasn't helping us to fall asleep as it was fairly loud. I have a suggestion: get rid of the reception or at least limit hours to check in time - you don't need a 24 h receptionist in the property with 5 rooms.
