Well, the parking, is not really a parking. The the check in… the same lady that cleaned our rooms, was also in the kitchen 5 sec. later helping with dinner. No prices/menu on any drinks, food or anything. When we checked in I saw that in the bathroom We have : shampoo, conditioner, showergel, handsoap. When we got the keys : just handsoap… I go to reception to ask for shampoo, conditioner and showergel. The receptionist ( 15 years old) gives me a showergel from Dove and try to convince me it’s good for the hair and explains me that she doesn’t know Why it says on the booking.com showergel, Cause they never had… so bring your own. Then the ” restaurant” closes” 20:30. Now, it’s not really a restaurant cause you don’t have food to choose, you eat What they give you, and you pay for it and it only has the natural night. When the sun goes down… you have 0 lights… next morning. Breakfast starts 9:00. I wake up and I go to make myself a coffee( that I was planning to pay for it, same like I did the day before), I take a cup and when I get closer to the expresso machine, I hear another receptionist ( older this time) literally BARKING at me : ” you can’t take coffee miss, breakfast starts 9:00”. I tell her I am willing to pay for the damn coffee, and she comes with an angry face, takes my cup from my hand and she does my coffee while asking me really angry and pissed of in What room I am staying… Great way to start your morning!! 😒 Then, 9:00 o’clock comes, we go for breakfast. The breakfast had : tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, 2 types of salami, 1 type of ham, bread and butter. While eating ( us and the other guests) the same receptionist ( the barking one) came and started screaming in the restaurant: ” everyone that is going to check out, MUST leave the keys in the door”. I felt like I was in a summer camp and the teachers were trying to organise small kids. You can’t come and scream at your guest while they EAT!!!

Hard to reach the property with a regular car due to very steep road. Loud parties took place untill early morning and were tolerated by the property staff. Slightly dusty.

1st night was about 14°-15° in the room,but on the 2nd day they upgraded our room with better facility.

The hospitality and the size of the rooms.

The location itself looks amazing, plus, combining this with a very welcoming owner, who knows how to treat his guests and make them feel like home, makes the whole stay ten times better.

I loved the view, the room was clean with balcony access and the staff was nice.

There are no shower cleaning products, only soap near the bathroom sink.
