The hotel was exactly as described. It was smaller, more intimate than the big resorts. Property was really clean and the landscaping was beautiful. The owners take great pride in providing a fantastic experience. Made to order breakfast every morning was a treat.

Loved the breakfast and location. Step out of your door onto the beach. This was a family run establishment giving it a more personal feel than the large resorts in the area.

The location of Casa Costa Azul was perfect for our needs - ON the beach; private room, a walk to some small restaurants/bars. For someone who likes to walk, it was a 10-15 min walk to the hotel/resort zone where more restaurants and shops were available. Every morning, a delicious homemade breakfast of local fare. This hotel is a GEM if you are looking to stay in a quiet, private place right on the beach. Friendly, clean, a fantastic find.

The only concern was the location along a busy secondary highway - patches of limited sidewalk availability made for some risky walks. For anyone elderly or with disability, the lack of an elevator may have been an issue. Regardless, it did not impact our stay - again, a fantastic find.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Vivi, the morning receptionist, is extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was immaculately cleaned each morning while we enjoyed a very nice (full) breakfast. It's obvious that Jorge, the owner, takes great pride in making everyone's staff as pleasant as possible.

This truly falls into the trivial category; the water pressure and internet signal were a bit weak at times. I feel bad about even mentioning it because in most hotels in room internet is not available.

Great inn keepers. Wonderful view. Delicious breakfasts.

Wish they had an elevator.

Wonderful boutique hotel. If you want a nice quiet place to stay with beautiful rooms, right on the beach, it's hard to beat this. This is not a resort so you don't have the music and other guests drinking all the time. It's a wonderful place to relax. A very big beach is in front of the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. A fantastic breakfast is included in the price. You choose from daily specials or the menu. It includes fresh fruit. All the staff - in reception, the restaurant, the cleaning staff - are very friendly. Locally owned and managed.

The hotel is a couple of miles from downtown. We did not walk to downtown but our phone said it would take an hour. But, Uber is in the Los Cabos area and Uber rides to downtown are only about $4.
