The place is very clean, lots of options on restaurants. There's Asían, Italian, French and a Steak House plus there's outdoor barbecues & a taco truck. You will not go hungry.

The mattress was lumpy & the floors ate very slippery, the first night I went to the restroom in one of the public areas & I fell on my butt. I told one of the guys that works there but he didn't care.

Very professional staff

We did not get to enjoy all that the hotel had to offer but, the amenities we did enjoy were to the fullest. The staff and I mean every single staff member interaction was pleasant and they were all professional, caring, and ready to assist.

This is not a like because my teens had more than fun in the regular pool. The waterslides maybe need 1 or 2 bigger ones for them. Other than that everything was perfect and that rarely happens!

Pool water was TOO HOT! Housekeeping only came once to our room in 5 nights.

We loved the property and the amenities. The activities team was great in keeping people engaged and hosting a bunch of activities.

The hotel is a resort located 20min away from the airport - the best thing about it: the staff and the beachfront

The food was pretty bad everywhere with limited options for anyone who’s not a carnivore or doesn’t like fried heavy foods. The rooms were cleaned half heartedly and we had to keep requesting for the minibar to be refilled, vanity kit to be replaced etc… for the price we paid, we expected more. The drinks were watered down and the tequila used led to my mom getting headaches for two days straight. Again, for the amount of money we paid, we expected more. The room service was inedible and ultimately we ended up eating dinner 3 out of 5 nights. I did raise a complaint with Adan at reception who promised that his manager would follow up but I received 0 call back or email. All in all, I would never contemplate staying at an all inclusive Hyatt property again.

The service, the amenities, the food was great for an all inclusive. Please remember to bring cash for tipping. All inclusive doesn’t mean no tipping.

The pull out sofa in our suite was very uncomfortable.

Zaffiro restaurant was terrible food. Cooks don't seem to have any experience and food ingredients and flavor bad.

The evening lounge could improve with better entertainment

The facilities were great, the staff is all very helpful and inviting right from the start. Lots of entertainment, food and space for everyone to enjoy there time. Great location next to the beach as well.

The rooms are a bit outdated. The bed is extremely stiff. Woke up sore from laying on the bed everyday. The asian cuisine there isn't very good. Definitely would recommend skipping and going to any of the other restaurants.

Pool was excellent. Food was good but need more and better options for vegetarians specially Indian vegetarians. Hindu night had Indian style veggies but no rice and naans or rotis to compliment the veggie dishes. Hindu night needs to be a lot better. Not only veggie dishes. Just my opinion.

The room was great, the property was beautiful, it never felt crowded. Well maintained and clean. The kidz club was great. The kids loved it as well as the kids pool.

I thought the food was just OK. I was expecting better food.

There was a lot of options to choose from and the staff seemed very energetic and enthusiastic about the entertainment. The breakfast french toast and fresh fruit was the only thing I enjoyed.

The room was large, but smelled of mold. The food was mediocre at best. No straws of any kind, so it ruined the whole frozen drinks in tropical paradise thing. The price is just not worth it. I would rather eat at local places and stay in a slightly cleaner hotel.
