This is our second time staying at Julie's place. We love it! The location is great! We ventured a great deal into DE this trip. The view is beautiful!! The deck is our favorite part of the house. We spend so much time out there. Thanks Julie, for another great vacation!

The property was just as stated in the ad, and we had a blast. Everything was immaculate and loved the house, the location and the property. The property managers seemed like great people and enjoyed conversations with the neighbors. Great sunsets, and neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, the beach, the bay and some miscellaneous items. Would love to stay again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The house was beautiful and great location. Neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking. The beach is close. Easy to ride bikes to the beach, walk or drive. Parking is never an issue. We spent alot of time at the house because of the bayfront location. Spacious and clean.We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a clean/organized home! Felt like a home away from home for my family. Teenagers loved being able to fish/crab and use kayaks right from the back yard. Was a lot of fun! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing week! The property is very clean, which made it very comfortable to stay there. Our group loved the deck. We were out there enjoying the views when we weren't out and about. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the supplies you would need to make a meal. We had 8 in our party, and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable.

We really had the best week staying at this house. Enough space for all couples and beautiful deck looking out at the Bay. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!

We have nothing negative to say about this house or our time in OC. The house was clean and fully equipped with all kitchen supplies. The location was gorgeous and we enjoyed kayaking and fishing right out the back door. It was also very close to the beach. We chose to drive but parking was never an issue. There is plenty to do in the area as well. The owner was very friendly and easy to work!

Beautiful bay views! Plenty of sturdy and comfortable deck furniture. Remodeled kitchen was well stocked. It was a very enjoyable stay for our family.

This property has an excellent view! You cannot beat sitting on the upper deck and watching the boats. Very nice updated upper deck, screened in porch and outdoor shower. The inside was clean, but in need of an update. Please add a knife sharpener to your kitchen, as we could not find a sharp knife in the house. The downstairs shower curtain is ripped and needs replacing. Both bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. Our family enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home! The location on the bay was great and the views were amazing! We had nine people in our party, six adults and three children. The house is very comfortable for a group of nine. We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying drinks on the beautiful second story wraparound deck. It is a very short drive to the beach and there is always ample parking once we got there. The owner was wonderful to work with, answered all our questions promptly and also provided great recommendations for the area! We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious for our family of 4 (upstairs) and grandparents (downstairs). The deck is tops for evenings, with sunsets and boats to watch. The outdoor shower is a treat. The kitchen accommodated cooking for a week easily during the pandemic. The couches were comfy for all. Plenty of parking and a beautiful yard to play in. The mattresses upstairs would be my only suggestion for the upgrade list. We hope to return for sure!

This house was perfect size for are family of 8. Because of COVID we enjoyed our evenings in (take out a few times) and spent everyday at the beach. Four family members had to do some work from home and the house was large enough for everyone to have personal Space! Flipper even swam by one night. We had everything we needed! Thank you so much! The house was perfect in size for our family of 8. The views and deck area were our favorite spot to hang out in the mornings and evenings. We even had a dolphin sighting in the bay. Nice to watch the boats go by.

Not sure how I can give enough superlatives for the view. It is amazing. The deck overlooking the bay is where we ended up spending most of our time, from breakfast in the morning to cocktails after the beach...it was perfect. Boats slowly roll by all day, herons probe the shoreline, and one day we actually saw dolphins. The house was well furnished and provided everything we needed for my family of 4 and my in-laws family of five. They took the downstairs with the master suite and bedroom with 3 twins and we took the upstairs with bedroom with queen and bedroom with 2 twins. There is a full bathroom upstairs and an outside shower with hot and cold water. Anyone who hasn't taken a shower outside should definitely try it. The beach is only a ten minute walk away yet back on the bay there is not any of the noise and traffic of Coastal Highway. Total relaxation. Perfect family vacation spot.
