location & porters were great

Great value and location. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Decent-sized, clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and shower. The room looked like it had been remodeled in the last few years. The floor was a grey faux wood, and the bathroom had a tiled shower and respectable sink counter. Our 9th floor room looked over the street below and the Plaza Fundadores. Fast elevators. Parking is free in the garage next to the hotel. We only stayed one night, so we did not see any of the other amenities, nor did we eat in the restaurant. I would stay here again.

It was a little difficult to find as it's tucked between cafes and stores along an outdoor mall strip (of sorts). The Wi-Fi was weak.

Location was comfortable as is in front of a place with several options for breakfast, meals and dinner, room had a great view and was clean, parking service was for free, also the restaurant was good in service and fair price.

Rooms are great, there´s not much to improve, rooms with view to the Fundadores place are a bit noisey, but that´s for the restaurants and bars nearby, I still liked the place and would stay again :)

is starting to look old and there was a death cockroach in the bathroom, when I requested to clean they just pick it up I thought they would come with all the tools for cleaning but maybe that’s ok

Great place to stay while in San Luis. So easy to get to all the stores . All walking distance to your hotel. The staff are just as great. The waiters are nice and friendly and happy to assist you day or evening. Pablo was very helpful while I was there. Alway cheerful and ready ro assist.

The location is great.

I am in a wheelchair. Although I booked very early, they did not give me an accessible room, as I have had before at this hotel. They did provide a shower chair but the shower in the room wasnt safe for me so the days were spent without bathing.

Location, that’s it!

Needs a serious upgrade. Seems they decided to invest in their parking garage instead of hotel so they can serve as a public parking facility.

Great proximity to downtown and to other main landmarks. Our room this trip was clean, comfortable and renewed.

The carpet toward our room was not vacuumed, giving us a bad impression of the hotel’s cleanliness. Also, there was a party close by the hotel that did not end until very late the following morning, so we were unable to sleep at all.
