The breakfast was extremely good, and plentiful, at a reasonable price. The Villa was very quiet, and peaceful the week we stayed - so it was lovely. Good bus service to Skiathos Town (and to Koukanaries), with the bus stop (No 15), just 50 or so yards up the road. We have stayed on Skiathos many times, and this was one of the better accommodations we have tried. There were plenty of places to eat in Kolios, the best in our opinion being Esurio - with outstanding service from Yoda. Esurio is part of the Hotel Marina (where we used to stay when we first discovered Skiathos - but that was forty years ago). So - all in all - we would recommend Villa Karina - There is a pool next door which can, apparently, be used by residents - and a good Supermarket across the road.

We booked with Villa Karina, and were a little disappointed that the bar was not open in the evening (it was one of the reasons that we booked). But, we gather that we could have used the bar next door, but we weren't informed until the end of the week.

The entrance to the property, the garden and café are very pretty

The location on the main road from Skiathos town to the beaches meant that the noise from the quad bikes and scooters and buses thundering along could be heard inside the room- even with the double glazing closed and the air conditioning on. This made it quite difficult to sleep

The location is great, it is close to everything you need, the breakfast is amazing and the staff is really friendly. The room gets cleaned everyday, the apartment was really cozy and had a beautiful garden.

Wonderful breakfast very prettily served. Location was good for what we wanted, close to a bus stop for us to travel around the island, a supermarket across the road for supplies, and walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

The drawback of the convenience of having everything on your doorstep was that the road was quite busy, and one of the nights the nearby live music was pretty loud.

Excellent plentiful breakfast, beautifully served, with homemade breads and preserves. Friendly people - I was on my own but felt very comfortable. Lovely modern room. Very close to beach. Good value.

Excellent breakfast. Service minded owner/staff. Modernized rooms. Many tavernas/restaurants in the area. 2 nice beaches within a few minutes walking distance.

This accomodation is excellent. It is family run and the family are exceptional hosts. This was our 5th visit to the Villa Karenia and we would not wish to stay anywhere else.

Super friendly hosts, great location (close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop), spacious studio with comfy beds. For a little extra, you can also get a delicious breakfast served on the garden terrasse! We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Villa Karina to everyone!
