Le propriétaire ne répondait pas à plusieurs reprises la veille de notre arrivée alors nous avons dû prévoir un autre hôtel et payer malgré tout....

the hotel is located in the city center. The room was clean and with a comfortable bed. Excellent value for money

Host contacted me via booking.com and text message to coordinate arrival time. We were also able to speak by phone so that we had the timing of arrival within 15 minutes and he was able to give us the key and show us around. The place is an rather old building, but the place we stayed in is modern inside with comfortable beds and a easy to use and nice bathroom. The place looks out onto the Place des Carmes --which makes the location perfect. It is an easy walk to the famous Rouen Cathedral and because of our host, we also got to see the light show at 11 pm projected onto the Cathedral!
Parking is at Hotel de Ville-- a short distance away, but plan accordingly with luggage. There is some street parking for unloading.

it’s not huge but it served the purpose: close to everything, comfortable, safe. had everything we needed. owner was super attentive and very quick to respond. absolutely would stay here again

Location is fantastic, walking distance to everything in the center. The host was nice and there when I arrived to hand over the keys, room was big enough. Room to the backyard, still bright, would have been so quiet without the noise from the neighbour room. Bed was comfortable, not the problem. I was probably just unlucky with the neighbour room.
WIFI is not great, it disconnects you all the time and you have to fill in your details again and again. Not suitable for work. Everything was quite clean, but the floor needs a good washing, my feet were black after walking there for a few minutes after showering. Noisy neighbours kept me awake.

Great central location, very spacious room.
Very noisy flush toilet. A little noisy at night, but what do you expect in the middle of a city! Could do with small fridge to store all the cheese and meats, etc we bought to take home!

Perfect solution to be in the central area but not in the chaos of crowded streets. Super nice the host, he gave us a lot of suggestions for the dinner and the room was very nice and with all the comforts, the price is very fair. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is right in the city centre and it's surrounded by cafes and restaurants. We liked the fact that we could park the motorbike under the apartment. The room was spotless and well-equipped. The fan helped a bit with the heat.
All was good, perhaps the room is a little too small for longer stays, but was ok for one night.

The owner was great from the very beginning! We had a minor change in plans, and he accommodated us. We arrived in the morning and he agreed to meet us and let us drop off our luggage. That turned into letting us stay at the apartment right away because it was free and ready. That alone helped us a ton! Communication was quick and easy. We let him know we had arrived and he came right away. We waited at the cafe across the street for only a few minutes.
The room is very cozy, with plenty of space and storage. There's tea and coffee in the room (no kitchen or sink or microwave). The bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. The bed is very comfortable.
The room is one floor up by stairs, but that isn't a problem for us. The location is excellent, right in the heart of old Rouen.
