tout proche de la plage, avec café et terrasse de l'établissement, pratique pour prendre le petit déjeuner sur place
la 2ème chambre à l'étage est très petite, la tête de lit étant placée sous la voute empêche toute position de lecture au lit

It was in a nice beach area and not a far drive from the other attractions of the island.

We loved the location as it was very close to the beach , WIFI worked well, our room was good value for money, very spacious and our host FANTASTIC.
i loved anything but a smart TV would have made it perfect.

The atmosphere was nice and quiet. The tiny house was comfortabel enough, with a nice garden on the front.
The kitchen facilities were little, just enough to make a breakfast. When you have people on the tiny house nextdoor it is quite noisy.

Alexandra is the nicest host I have ever met (and we travel a lot). All the staff was exceptional! We felt really welcomed there. Studio was very clean and comfy, located right next to the beach. If we are back to Santorini, we'll definitely choose Thera Incognita Studios again.

Staff are very friendly, location is 20m from the most beautiful black beach and 2 minutes away from diving center. Also you get free sunbed and umbrella directly on the beach. Host Alexandra is very friendly, after checkout we had to wait for plane for 10 hours, alexandra made sure we could leave our suitcases with the staff. She also arranged our airport transfer.and everybody speaks english. Your apartment gets cleaned up daily.All around it was great vacation. 🇬🇷👌🏻

would have liked a coffee maker, or plunger, and a microwave would have been handy. A little dishwashing liquid also.

very close to the beach and in the best part of Perissa,
we were able to use sun loungers for free,
there is a dining table in the front porch,
there are sun loungers in front porch and in the
balcony.

towels are not provided for the beach
shampoo and bath soap is not provided
fridge works but very old and temperature gauge broken
ran out of water on one day but this was refilled very quickly

The best localion we could ask for. Close to the beach , near shops and restaurants. In the center. Nice terrasse.

Lovely place facing the black sand beach of Perissa. The apartment is quite big and comfortable for up to four persons.
The host, Alexandra, has been so kind in welcoming us and in letting us feel home.

I loved the apartment especially the rooftop. Was defiantly my favorite. Alexandra was so kind and friendly. Answering so quickly. I can really recommend this accommodation. On the one hand you have the view to the beach and on the other hand you have the view to the mountains.

Very nice apartment, everyday cleaning. Excellent location, the sea is just across the seafront. Very tasty ice cream at the cafe the apartments belongs to.
A lot of restaurants and bars along the sea front.

Just a tip, if you arrive by a ferry and don't arrange a transfer and take a shuttle bus , be prepared to be ridden across the island because you might be not the first one in the list to be dropped off

Sparsely equipped kitchen. The sleeping infrastructure wasn’t ideal; okay for a short stay.

We have had a great time here! Thanks a lot! The two-room apartament was spacios, clean and comfortable. One room is downstairs and other is upstairs, however there there no doors. There are also 2 terraces. The apartment is a 2 minutes walk from the beach!
Would be nice to have a new soap.

Our host Alexandra was very warm and friendly. The rooms were well maintained and perfect for two people who want rest and relaxation after the beach and sightseeing. Comes with free umbrella hire on the beach with the best location. Restaurants, bus stop, shops all within a 5 minute walk. Best ice cream on the island!

The apartament was just few steps from Persissa beach. In front of the apartment there was a very nice patio. The apartment was spacious enough, clean and the aircondition worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The kitchetn was well equipped however some basic things were missed such as dishwashing liquid and washing-up brush.

The location was great, right across the beach and host was excellent. Overall a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Great value for money. The kitchen was equipped with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay.

The location and it's proximity to the beach and mountain. Host Alexandra's friendliness and helpful manner - nothing was too much trouble. The sunny patio, pleasant garden, and quiet air conditioning!
Suppose there could have been more utensils for cooking and eating. But we actually didn't ask for more, so I suppose you get what you ask for!
