location to club, drink voucher

as with many booking . com places, they give you the worst room. this one meant I could not park outside the room but everyone else could

An older motel with quite comfortable and very clean facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The recommendation to dine at the bowling club (with a free drinks voucher) was excellent - great variety of meals, great service, short walk and it didn't cost the earth.

The facility contacted me to make arrangements for key entry as I was a late check in. The room was exceptionally clean and staff float around in the morning offering a clean with new towels etc., and the location was next door to a bowling club with vouchers for the club.

The single bed could use a new mattress. The rooms a little outdated and small for 4 people.

The owner was very polite and helpful. The room was older style but very clean and comfortable. It was great too have a 2-seater couch in the room for watching TV and the kitchen provided a microwave and toaster as well as the usual tea/coffee making facilities, very handy if you want to make a light breakfast or snack. The shower had a huge volume of water which was appreciated in this age of water conservation. The location is good - next door to the bowling club which provided excellent meals but also only a short drive to other facilities including the beach.

Although the kitchen provided the usual jug, biscuits, tea and coffee and enough cups, glasses and wine glasses for 3 people, having a microwave and toaster [a great idea] was somewhat useless as there were no plates or bowls on which to place food and no cutlery to eat with apart from one lonely teaspoon.

Great location close to Bowling Club within walking distance for dinner. Room was a good size. Shower had a rail to hold onto for support, especially for my husband’s needs, but needed one next to the toilet also.

Bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. Needed a mattress topper as it was a very basic mattress.

Easy mobility of bathroom. Nearness of all sides of forster as well as the barber!

Great location. Right next door to the bowling club where we got complimentary membership and some free drinks from the motel. Went there for a lovely meal every night of our 7 day stay in Forster. Not far from main street one way and shopping centre the other way. Lovely looking pool area. Also, great entertainment right next door if you have kids, there is tenpin bowling and laser tag.

The shower has a curtain rather than a door and I found that a bit annoying as it sticks to the body while showering and if you hang it out of the shower it creates a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom. The couch was a bit uncomfortable to sit on so could do with a bit of an upgrade. The barbeque area by the pool is good but could do with a bit of shade. There is no shade area at all by the pool or barbeque area so it was quite hot standinf there cooking.
