We arrived early morning due to an overnight flight from Europe. We were upgraded to allow us early access to our room..much appreciated.
Some may not like the royal style furniture but it is functional, rooms are well appointed and bed comfortable and good value

Great service by hotel staff especially receptionist Mr. Hieu who was kind enough to give me an early check-in. Neat and clean room with all the basic facilities. Excellent location. Ben Thanh market is only 5 minutes walk and most of the city attractions are close by. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties.
Traffic sound may disturb your sleep in the morning. Better request for higher floor if available.

Great value for the price, perfect location being within walking distance of all local area. Staff are always ready to assist, eager and friendly as always. This is not my first visit to A&EM. I also enjoyed one night at the A&EM Art facility across the street. Very comfortable and excellent room.

the safe is not working well, and one of the night was buzzing the whole night, disturbing my rest

What is there to like? It was a room with a shower and air. It's a ROOM. Manager and staff were excellent. My third or fourth time there. Fairly centralized.
I used to live there for 7 years...not close to the beach, so I left.

good located in the heart of district 1
facilities mentioned on their page don't exist. even the restaurant doesn't exist on site - for breakfast I have to go to another hotel A&EM is a hotels chain - all of them located on district 1. if clients want to use sauna and swimming pool at once they have to move from one hotel to other.
