Clear communication with hosts, comfortable well-appointed cottage close to sights of Beechworth.

The cottage was so warm and cosy. Everything was provided. Everything that any one would want in accommodation was in the cottage .

The Drummond Cottage was fabulous. It had everything we wanted and is very spacious and attractive, with access to the lovely yard/ BBQ/ outdoor seating and close to the Rail Trail for long walks in nature. The huge spa bath was fun. The town is beautiful with lots of historic buildings and great shopping (food, homewares, knik-knacks and clothes) and excellent pubs for drinks and good meals. It is a relaxing, romantic place to stay. We will go back.
We struggled with the TV and getting access to online channels as we needed passwords that we did not have and could not log into TV as a guest. We wasted time trying to work it out.

We loved the location and the native wild life that came to visit each day, we could come and go as we pleased, close to so many other places to visit , the kind and towns people are very welcoming and the best part was the relaxation quite area for the cottages.
I don't think there is anything we didn't like about there at all.

Great location, close to town. Close proximity to Lake Sambell for swimming. Adrian & Kerry are great hosts.

Coded key safe, very easy to use. Cottage was very well equipped and beautifully presented. Very comfortable beds and the hosts were amazing with very swift responses to any queries. Quiet location with easy access and parking. Would highly recommend this property for a short or long stay.

Loved the location and the size of cottage. It had everything we needed and it was perfect!
The internet was a bit up and down when watching Netflix at night on the tv but that didn’t bother us much in the end, as we expected for this to happen in these areas.

spacious, clean and well appointed. the owners had gone above and beyond to supply all the things to make our stay more comfortable and convenient. felt like a home away from home. perfect distance away from town, so it was close enough to walk but peace and quiet. couldnt fault.

The cottage was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the jacuzzi was fantastic!
The cottage was very cold. The heating wasn't really adequate.

Good for five men although the two upstairs rooms are separated by a stairway, no proper wall
Some of the appliances didn't seem to work although we didn't need them. Washing machine? Second t.v remote not working, upstairs A/C not working. Contacted property for some items to be topped up in the house and they responded and executed immediately.

everything. btw, there were 2 handies in the dryer that were not owns, I have left on the bench.
a bit dark out the front. steps a little slippery when wet. had a fall when we were leaving.

The cottage was lovely and within walking distance of town and hiking trails. It had all the conveniences that were needed,air-conditioned through out and the most comfortable bed. The spa was an extra luxury and well worth using.

Room to move and feeling of space with high timber ceilings and segregated large bedrooms and living areas all set in lovely green gardens and lawn spaces away from other cottages.

Couldn’t think of a better place to stay in summer in Beechworth.
Short walk to the lake easy walk into town and we drove out to the gorge to swim in the water.
The windows have funny locks which means you can open some of them but once they closed again you can’t reopen them. It was hot so we needed the air-conditioning upstairs which meant that the windows were closed after the first time we’d opened them!
