Pretty much everything else. Firstly the room and bathroom werent as advertised on booking.com. It looked completely different and just so much dirtier aswell. Also a member of staff was playing loud music and watching loud videos at 5am right outside our room which woke us up. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable as well. We had booked for 2 nights but ended up cutting our losses and leaving the hotel after one night. It was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The service was most than excellent, the staff is really caring and as it's common in Bogota City, people is gentle and nice.

The sink in the bath is really uncomfortable to use.

The breakfast was simple but very good.

The ambient noise outside the room was too loud. The insulation from outside noises could be improved.

Dirty bathroom, no cable tv, electrical wires exposed, uncomfortable bed, breakfast ready too late, terrible place
