Nice, calm place. Good location.

The lodge was nice

Reception was closed on arrival and nobody answered the telephone. Found the key by accident going into the "spa". Towels were very poor. We stayed a week and had to ask for new towels. No one cleaned the lodge. Parts of the lodge were in poor repair - terrace fence unstable. No breakfasts first 3 days and when it was available it was limited. Wifi in the lodge did not work. Not all lights worked. No kettle to make a warm drink.

Nice apartament near the highway. Good location, clean room.

It was a little to hot and steamy in the room, lack of small fridge in the room.

Not very clean. Also we arrived on Sunday evening and didn't have opportunity even for hot water for tea or coffee.

Next level attitude from them.... Do not recommend this place to anyone. It was planned for my first stop in the Chech Republic and they pretty much ruin it at first. At first, we choose it because they write that can use a pool, bar, restaurant and etc... When start asking for more information, then, in the end, they told us that pool and spa can`t use and it is closed. Then when I arrive there, then they mention that bar and restaurant I also closed... When I asked at first about that, then they just ignore that question (asked two times). And when I told them that this is not okay and maybe we can refund? Then they agreed, but they can confirm my application only on next morning. And of course... I didn`t got any refund and now they just ignore all my letters. it wasn't a big loss, but what a haughty attitude from they site....

hotel was closed, even we had a reservation. and no one answered the phone, which was left on the door. we forced to look for another place for night.

It was a nice and calm place for the night.

The restaurant and breakfast could have been better.

A real wellness hotel with very good kitchen and extremely friendly stuff!
