Stunning view and a well appointed room.

Certainly not what I would call private. The Cabana was detached from the main house but only by a couple of meters. The owners had a direct view into the room and over the pool.

Stunning property that had everything you needed. Very quiet, relaxing and good location. Clean and comfortable room with amazing views and access to the pool. When you look over, you see the horse riding academy, and we even went horse riding which was fun. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side, however, the property provided Netflix and Stan which helped fill in a few hours!! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views on a lovely, well-maintained property. Had all the basic essentials except a kitchen.

The guesthouse has blinds installed but the sunrise would wake us up really early due to the gap between adjacent blinds. We also paid extra for a grazing board which was disappointing and required a bit more effort, with lack of condiments and deconstructed in the fridge for us to assemble.

Beautiful coastal look Cabana overlooking the bush and ocean. Fantastic gardens and Cabana set well away from the house so very private. Large pool for a swim. The Cabana had everything needed for our stay.

The road is a little busy.

The construction at the bottom of the property ruined the view. Netflix was not working.

The host was pretty rude from the moment we booked. Her messages were pretty aggressive and it appears that customer service is not a part of the business model. There was a coffee machine, but no capsules to use it, the lights at the cabana were flickering which was so annoying and we ended up using the table lamp only, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. There was an option to use the bonfire which would've cost us an additional fee of $75(!!) (woodfire is not included) and we found it way too expensive and unjustified. we didn't get any instructions for check-in before our arrival, and when we called the host, we came across a grumpy approach and almost as if she was doing us a favor by letting us stay at her estate. It's really not what expected. The reviews on booking.com were very good and we genuinely thought that we would really enjoy our staying but it wasn't the case. We booked this place for our anniversary, and while we did enjoy Terrigal, the accommodation wasn't successful.

Great place to stay for a short break. Sarndie and her staff were very accommodating.

unfortunately the weather was not good and lot of water on the foot path leading to the property and surrounding so we can not really explore much to tell

It had beautiful views & was nicely appointed. it was spacious, great shower & comfy bed. Bernie the hound was absolutely precious and came to greet us.

The access to the property off the road. It’s a very busy road & not easy to get across. It might be different when it’s not rush hour.
