Check-in time took longer than dati. I understand naman because madami ang guests kasi holiday season, but nakaupo lang man sana while waiting for 15-20mins. Kaso andami-daming tao sa lobby and my back was killing me (may problema ako sa spine) kasi nakatayo lang kami hanggang mkacheck-in. Check-out time was even worse. Bumaba kami 12nn sa lobby and surrendered the pass keys tapos wait lang daw kasi ipapacheck pa sa housekeeping ang room. We waited 30mins. I didn't bother kasi sabi ko holidays, madami silang guests so baka busy din ang housekeeping sa daming room na ichecheck. Nagtaka lang ako bakit nauna pa checkout yung iba and naka-checkout agad yung nauna sa amin ng 2 seconds lg sa pgbigay ng pass keys sa front desk. But I didn't say anything; I just sat there and waited na tawagin room number namin. Maselan ang temper ko so ayokong lumabas na naman sya kung sakali. But nung kami na lang natira sa lobby, dun na talaga ako nainis. So I stood up and came towards the front desk and asked kung wala pa ba talaga yung sa amin. The lady asked me anong room number daw, so sinabi ko. Then she said she'll call housekeeping muna pacheck ng room. Sabi ko okay. I turned my back for about 3 seconds lang kasi babalik sana ako ng upo tapos biglang tinawag nya ako ulit, sabi nya okay na daw. So meaning, nakalimutan pala nila kami. Kung hindi pa pala ako nagtanong, tumunganga lang pala kami dun sa lobby thinking na hndi pa dn tapos icheck yung room. SMDH.

Its location is convenient. Walking distance from restaurants and the mall and some parks

One of the rooms we stayed at had smell coming out of the bathroom’s drainage, although it was kinda fixed with solution, it comes back not as strong as the first night.

I had dinner with my nephew and i find it pretty decent specially the food we ordered and the staff attended us was very courteous.

Our stay was fantastic! The pool was sparkling clean, the customer service was outstanding, and the room had the perfect location with a breathtaking view. Highly recommend!

Room was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was practical and we had options for heating left over food and making coffee. The room amenities were up to par. Housekeeping was also super! Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Maybe more options for the breakfast buffet. There was an espresso maker but it wasn't available. The muffins were a bit dry and too floury for me.
