The staff was excellent, and beds were very comfortable. Check in and check out processes were easy. I liked the food.
The coffee was mediocre. The room smelled when we came in, but housekeeping responded and fixed it immediately.

the rooms were nice and clean. the bathrooms were nice. the people were efficient and friendly.
Since it was the most expensive hotel in the city, you would expect that the food quality would commensurate with the room rate. There was a lot of variety on the food, but the quality is not there. The lumpiang ubod and molo soup were tasteless, the putanesca pasta was good, the Ceasar salad had a fancy design but no taste, they had no stock of crispy pata, they had no stock of quite a few on the menu. The mushroom soup is watered down. They had leftover bacon parts on the few days after they had bacon strips.
Other than the food - by the pool, they do not have a Grill available at all, and bar only available half the week. The pool photo is better than actual. The sauna was out of order. And they did not have a massage service available for the time we were there.
So why would you want to stay in an expensive place if all of these are not above standard? At least in Seda - you know what you are getting.

The internet was fast. The room was very clean. I love their breakfast buffet. The gym was really nice and spacious.
The waiter at the restaurant were not responding nicely. We ordered some drinks and they keep us waited for an hour. We followed up but they keep us telling to wait.

We stayed here due to Panay Island blackout. It is indeed a comfortable experience. Quite pricey compared to other hotel but it serves well to its quality. Furniture are very modern and well maintained. Staff are very efficient from checkin and when we asked for assistance with our room. Security/lobby guards are very accomodating and helpful.
The bed is too soft (for my preference) which can be uncomfortable to the back.

Breakfast selection can be better and presentation was great especially for family. Overall it was excellent

Thank you very much for the warm welcome at FO. Ilongga charm at its best. Also, good service at the buffet resto and cafe…friendly and efficient.
Security around the hotel made us feel just that: secured. Two thumbs up!
Housekeeping equally attended to/ accommodated our requests. They were smiling all the time and making their very difficult job seem like “just a breeze.” Kudos!
Quality of food at the resto and cafe still leaves much room for improvement. Ilonggo cuisine sets a high standard sadly missing at Courtyard at present. Lots of luck (and sweat) in this endeavor!

It’s clean and we love the amenities and the welcoming and friendly staff especially our server (Rixson) he always make sure that we got everything we need during our breakfast.

i book room for 3 but i get only one bed after more then 5 call to the reception to bring me the bed for my daughter in the end its a sofa foldable bed
the manager of the front desk asked me to pay extra fees of 22% of the amount i pay already in booking.com but refuse to pay it after a long discussion he accepted to give me my room but i don't come back there anymore

My family and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I booked a total.of 6 rooms as I wanted to meet my friends and partner's family who live here in Iloilo.
I give Marriott Courtyard an 8 due to the quality of service that its staff can offer. I never have met any staff as friendly, accommodating, and considerate in any hotels in the Philippines even in the UAE except here at Marriott Iloilo. This what makes this hotel great.
However, the hotel needs some paint job as it starts to look tired. In addition, the pool along with its bar and the like need some make over/remodelling to make them more aesthetically pleasing, classy and chic. Even the size of the pool is small considering the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate.
I feel that you don't totally get your money's worth considering the facilities they have.
