悪い意味での気になる点は無く、快適に過ごせたこと。
ベッド数を間違えて予約してしまい、当日空きがあれば変更したいとお願いしたところ、快く、素早くご対応いただけた事。しかも安いし広い。ロケーションも良く、夜は部屋で美味しいお酒も飲む事ができました。
本当にここのホテルで良かった。ありがとうございました。
入室した瞬間は少し照明が暗めかなー？とも思ったのですが、そこが落ち着く理由の一つかなとも思いました。

Chambre correct
Assez excentré de la gare de Shinjuku. 15 minutes à pieds.
Chambre avec peu d’équipements, pas de prises électriques au niveau du lit.

子供が気分悪いので、氷枕下さいと言ったら、忙しい中対応してくれた。

The location is very convenient, 10 min walk to the nearest train station, lots of shops and restaurants that open till late, the room is suitable for 1 person, the bed is very comfortable, they think of everything that you would need in the room which is always appreciated. There is a laundry room that I used which is convenient. I also liked the massage chairs while waiting for the laundry 😄
Only thing I found a bit confusing, might be because I reached late and was tired, is the way to the front desk (there is the main building and the Annex building). It took me sometime to know where to go but other than that everything was great.

冷暖房設備のリモコンが見つからなかったことくらいでした。そもそも設置されていなかったかもしれません、そうだつた場合はすみません。

Nice and clean once of the nicest places we have stayed whilst in Tokyo.
Room however, is smaller than what it looks on pictures. We also had no plug socket near the bed and the bathroom was also very small.
It also said on the notice that rooms were only cleaned on the third day of your stay (we only stayed three days) but every day someone had been into our room and either folded our towels or given us new ones and emptied the bin. The bed remained untouched. Just made us feel uneasy when we noticed a cleaner must have been in when we weren’t aware nor did it align with the notice that someone would be coming in to do these things.
