We absolutely loved it here. The location was perfect. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean and every little thing had been thought of. So relaxing and comfortable, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

The location was great. Walking distance into Hay-on-Wye which avoided having to park. Close to the river as well, which allowed for lovely walks. There was plenty of equipment to be able to cook. Views onto the river were lovely. There was a folder with useful information enclosed.
The instructions said that the fire place was difficult to start but I couldn't manage it at all. This was a shame and would recommend looking into it.

The property was spacious, modern & very clean. The location was excellent. River views superb. All necessary amenities covered. Beds extremely comfortable so all in all a truly enjoyable stay. Thank you.

it was clean, well equipped and a great size,overlooking the river and right in town. it also has parking
extra bed that we paid for to be made up was a mattress on floor which wasn’t great for my 6ft 2 son

Small detail and not wanting to moan as it was a super house but would have appreciated some pint glasses , a pizza tray for the oven, a large frying pan and more crockery.

it was perfectly situated close to the Main Street of Hay but over looked the River Wye which made it such a peaceful place to stay .

We liked everything. Very comfortable and great location. So peaceful yet steps away from the shops. Comfy beds and lounge area. Kitchen well equipped and great to have basic necessities. Loved the tea and will be buying my own supply.

It was very clean, well equipped and ideally situated at the edge of the town, but overlooking the river. I asked for another kitchen waste bag as we were cooking a lot, and it arrived within the hour.
My bed was very hard and the sound of the rain on the velux windows was very loud waking me up.

The property is just as immaculate and welcoming as it appears on the website. The view over the river from the terrace and balcony was lovely. What was surprising to me was how close the property is to the centre of Hay, which was a bonus. Quiet and fairly secluded, yet central too!

Great location to sit outside and enjoy the river and to walk around the town.
Bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable.Liked the use of local products in the bathrooms.
I think we needed more place mats to protect kitchen table. There was a water leak in first floor toilet that didn't bother us but might cause high water charges to owner. No hairdryer!!
