Booked 2 standard double room. The room was very neat and clean. The housekeeping was done daily basis. The breakfast spread was also good. On the whole a comfortable style with family. The staff was really helpful

Путешествовали семьей - двое взрослых и ребенок 9 лет. Для ребенка за доп.плату поставили кровать (что хорошо). В номерах чисто, инет работает хорошо, кровать удобная и большая (у ребенка своя была). Есть завтрак - простой и разнообразный. Отделка на этажах очень интересная - с удовольствием проехались и посмотрели картины, вазы, скульптуры, которые были в качестве интерьера на этажах. Рядом есть магазины, кафе, обменный пункт с выгодным курсом (об этом узнал от сотрудников отеля).
Матрас на дополнительной кровати был пружинный - ребенку было не комфортно и чтобы улучшить ситуацию попросили дополнительное одеяло - постелили на матрас и стало комфортно. На рабочем столе не было лампы - пришлось брать прикроватную (это если надо было работать). Нет ванной (но есть душ). Был сломан замок в туалет, но после просьбы исправить ситуацию - пришел мастер и починил.

Персонал не отзывчивый, прилетел рано утром после 20 часового перелета, пришлос ждать пока будет время чекин, завтраки ни о чем.

Reciption staff not helpfull .i told them about missing things from my room they didnt help me.
Employee zaharat didnt under stand me and is not help full.
Here way of communication is not good with guest

I had a reservation problem when I just arrived. Luckliy, the problem was finally solved.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean and rooms comfortable
The breakfast didn't offer great choice and the evening meals were a little bland and too big. That said, I was there as part of a conference so individual meals may be different. Lack of a gym was also a down side for me personally.

In general whole facility is well done and well managed.

Avery thing was very nice! clean room, comfortable bed, very tasty breakfast with honey melon and watermelon!

First of all I have to say, after traveled almost the whole world, this is the first hotel I've seen that there's a fire mask in each room. Even I hope nobody will ever need it, this is fantastic service!
No bar, but some close by. Rooms a bit hot. And this was in October.

Staff is very welcoming, facility well maintained
Staff has difficulties speaking Kazakh language, the mattress was stiff making noise with every turn. Baked goods were not fresh, overall quality of the products very average.
