Swimming pool was really nice and fun for kids.

That non-residents can enter the hotel swimming pool. It would be nice if it is exclusively for residents.

Excellent hotel. Convenient location and quite close the the airport. Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff is responsive and polite. I did like the restaurant in open air in the hotel yard. Quality of food is very good however a bit expensive.

when we first arrived at 10:30pm on a Friday night there was music blasting and it sounded like we were staying in a nightclub. I told the desk clerk that I was tired, had just come off a seven-hour train trip and I didn’t want to hear the music which she told us would go on until 1 am. instead, she gave us a room right over the music and said the hotel was fully booked. when I complained, she magically had a hotel room that was much better on a different side of the hotel. this room was a proper suite (I had reserved a suite but was given only a hotel room.) but this room was right above the laundry and next to the lift. it sounded like a bowling ball was dropped above our heads every 15 seconds. it was awful. the hot water was also a trickle on this room. after three days they moved us to another room. this one was good.
