Property was great. Needs to invest in new sheets. They are worn and have rough spots. Need more hand towels. Cookware is scratched up and well used.

We loved the location and layout of this property. Close to the Brownwood Paddock Square and grocery stores and restaurants. The open layout of the home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the community pool and recreation center. This home was cat friendly which is a rarity and we would highly recommend it!!

Upon arrival, there were things the cleaning service totally missed... food on the pantry floor, prior renter’s hygiene items in bathroom drawer, hair on the stove, etc. The master bath toilet was loose on the floor. All of this was reported to property management, but they did not respond.
