We stayed the entire month of February 2023. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The bath towels must be washed with spring flowers because they smelled amazing. Being from a northern US climate, we loved the outdoor spaces-balcony and rooftop. We utilized the hot tub a lot and it was “spa-Like”. Know there are two stair cases to chose from to get to the roof top. We did not know that on our first day and I wish I would have known. The neighbors were super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our chats with them. We also enjoyed area pets-Vanessa the chocolate lab who loves dog cookies, the beautiful kittens two houses down who love to frolic in the craziest ways and watching the carrier pigeons get their daily exercise! The town itself is everything I hoped it would be! The local grocery stores were small and crowded. The grilled fish restaurants were authentic and so, so yummy! There is a lengthy promenade that goes along the Ria Formosa. It’s nice to see it at different tide levels. Low tide, many people like to clam. We enjoy talking with fishermen and learning about octopus traps. Since we were there in February, we didn’t realize the river taxi and gelataria would be closed. We were able to get out on the water and islands through a tour. Ice cream we bought at the market. Overall, I’m so happy we stayed at this lovely spot. The views were amazing and I loved the quiet. I highly recommend!

Marta (and her apartment)….what a gem! From sunrise to sunset, we could not have asked for a better view. Relaxing in the hot tub at night watching the moon come up was also a treat! Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen….our favourite was the juicer so we could have freshly squeezed orange juice every morning….a sunrise with liquid sunshine, nothing better! Easy walk to nature, beach and town for amazing Portuguese seafood/cuisine. Really was a wonderful stay….thanks again!

Lovely clean everything that you need, beautiful roof terrace

Having mainly visited the western Algarve, we were not sure what to expect in Fuzetta, but having spent a week at Marta's beautiful apartment, we wouldn't want to go any where else! The apartment was just as described with the most beautiful panoramic view. The bed was extremely comfortable ( very important) and Marta couldn't have been more helpful. We loved the fact that Fuzetta didn't feel touristy as many locals still live there. You don't need a car as everything is within walking distance and the train nearby takes you to all the nearby towns. We visited Olhau and Tavira, both worth a visit. Our favourite restaurant was Casa Corvo where we ate the most delicious tuna. Thank you Marta, we really didn't want to leave!

The apartment was in a fantastic position with incredible panoramic views. It was very well equipped and nicely furnished. We had a wonderful stay, made even better by Marta’s communication. Her neighbour was there to greet us and they cleaned the apartment mid stay. We had a few issues with our travel but Marta was so helpful and accommodating that it instantly made things so much better. We can’t thank her enough. We will definitely return to this beautiful home.

Perfectly appointed condo, with beautiful view of the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, and ocean beyond the park. Had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, but close enough to town if you want to eat out. It was just my husband and myself, but it was nice to have two bathrooms. We full enjoyed the Jacuzzi every night. Property manager was immediately responsive, and helpful. If you love seafood check out Casa Corvo in Fuseta, great grilled seafood and accommodating staff (great job Pedro and Antonio!). We hated leaving! Would definitely book here again!

Very clean/nice apartment with comfortable whirlpool

We stayed here for three weeks in November and it was perfect for us. The best equipped kitchen we had so far in any Apartment. Spacey living room, balkony, roof terrace, very nice neighborhood, goid wifi. When you start the day with a good breakfast with such a sunny view included, what else would you want? Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fuseta in this ver nice flat with amazing view, very well equipped, nice swimming pool and close too any place on the east of Algarve. And Marta is always helpful and available if any question. And she is also very kind. The terrace was on the roof top accessible by indoor stairs from the flat with stunning view. The pool is about 11 m length but not heated so quite chill to swim. However I managed to swim my daily 1.5 kms. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much Marta.

Fantastic views of the salt flats and sea. Sun terrace gets plenty of sun and the balcony from the living room/kitchen area was also sunny. We had fantastic sun rises most mornings. The apartment was a good size and well equipped. We walked into town most days which only took about ten minutes.. Fuseta is a typical fishing town with mostly locals and not many tourists which was fine for us.. Marta was very helpful and kept in touch with us. A very relaxing holiday.

Marta has thought what her guests would like and provided it , whether it be information(excellent) outside seating, heating for cold evenings, equipment or towels. Property located just a couple of minutes from the walkway into either the salt pans - loads o flamingoes or fiesta. Full marks.

We had a nice time in a wonderful apartment. If we had more time, we would have liked to renew immediately. Unforgettable an evening bath in the jacuzzi overlooking the sea and the full moon! For the next time it would be helpful to get information for the commissioning of the heater. Maybe we just did not find her? Special thanks to our neighbor José for the many fruits (the best mango's of our life !!!).

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. Fuseta is a lovely and friendly town. Marta was very helpful before, during and even after we got home which I really appreciated. The apartment was amazing and I now wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Fuseta. As a family, this worked so well for us. Already planning our next visit.

This flat is the absolutely perfect place to stay in Fuseta - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the small town, but close enough to get anywhere without a problem. The view is to die for, the decoration perfect and all the amenities you need for the perfect family holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped, fridge and deep freeze the perfect size for a family of 4/5, and you have everything you need to cook, even if you are a very experienced cook/chef. The patio/veranda with the jacuzzi is lovely with enough space to lounge, eat or just enjoy an evening drink. All TV channels you can imagine - will keep young ones and adults very happy. Marta is very efficient and always available for any doubts. and very helpful with any information you may need about the area and what to do. We have stayed in several of these flats before but Marta's is definately the best, both in location as in general decoration, taste and efficiency. We will definately be back again next year!

Had a fabulous 12 night stay at Marta’s apartment. It certainly lived up to our expectations from the descriptions and all the excellent reviews to date. Fantastic views, spotlessly clean with very comfy beds. Marta was very helpful and always quick to respond. We all adored Fuzeta . Just a short 15 minute walk to fantastic beaches ( Stay on the main beach or a short ferry / water taxi ride to the others )and great places to eat out. A fish lovers paradise. All very reasonably priced. The only down side was that we had to leave.

Property exactly as described. Roof terrace was amazing and really enjoyed the hot tub. Furniture very comfortable on the terrace. Very comfortable bed with good pillows. The air conditioning was very effective. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Hard to adjust the temperature on the jet shower. Kitchen and lounge good. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrella for our use.

Beautiful clean apartment everything as expected, view amazing

This was our ideal self-catering apartment: it had all the facilities that we needed, combined with a great location and a fantastic view of the water and the Ria Formosa. We'll be back!

Wonderful apartment with stunning views of the lagoon and marshes. The balcony is perfect at any time of day due to its south facing aspect and we spent hours reading and watching the world go by. The roof terrace with its hot tub gives the apartment the 'wow factor' - challenge you not to enjoy spending time up there with it's panoramic views. Fuseta itself is 10 - 15 minutes stroll away, you experience the authentic Portugal with friendly locals, great food (especially fish restaurants), plentiful cafes & bars and lovely lagoon beach. Overall, the booking experience is easy with a warm welcome and no fuss check-in by the neighbour who is on hand for help but never intrusive. I would book again without hesitation.

Everything that previous reviewers have said is accurate. We used it as our home base to explore the eastern Algarve and it was well situated for the purpose. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Fuseta is a quaint town that is a fun place to explore on foot. We loved the restaurants and the ambiance of the village. Most of all, Marta was an exceptionally good host. She is very helpful and cares that her guests have an enjoyable experience. You are the best, Marta! Her communication skills are excellent. I highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a restful, relaxing holiday

We went for a second time to this lovely apartment. Once again we had a fantastic time. The view is incredible, the apartment is very comfortable, the owner is very charming and the neighbours who take care of the place provide a warm welcome. The apartment is very well maintained. We enjoyed the walks, the bicycle tours and the atmosphere of the village of Fuseta. Sure we will come back a next time.

We had a wonderful 10 days in Marta's property. The apartment was clean and comfortable and fully equipped whether cooking for yourselves or not. We ate all our evening meals on the rooftop terrace, watching the sun setting and enjoying a glass (or two) of wine. We spent much of our holiday on the beach, using the ferry to go across to the island. The beach is quiet and unspoilt with miles of soft sand to walk along. We also caught the train to Tavira (bigger than Fuseta) and had a lovely day there. If you do not hire a car you must be able and enjoy lots of walking! The nearest shop is very small however, there is a larger supermarket the other side of the village about 15 minutes walk. We will probably return to Fuseta and Marta's apartment again.

Spent a fabulous 9 nights in this beautiful apartment. Everything is exactly as pictured, and even better, and the booking process with Marta was really easy and she was very helpful throughout. The apartment was exceptionally well stocked with everything from glasses, cups, plates etc. to bin liners and cleaning products. The view from the roof terrace and in the jacuzzi was amazing. Everything was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone 👍🏼

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely apartment in November, breakfast on the balcony most mornings was great and the views over the Ria Formosa nature reserve where very special. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. We thoroughly enjoyed the roof-top Jacuzzi. Marta was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. My husband and I came from Canada to Portugal at the end of August and stayed for just over a week at Marta's lovely condo. We did not rent a car and prearranged online with Faro Airport Transfers to pick us up at the airport and return us there after our stay - I highly recommend this as once in Fuzeta, you don't need a car. You must be prepared and able to walk, however, and the apartment is on the third floor of the building accessible only by stairs. There is a spiral staircase inside of the apartment as well as hallway stairs to allow access to the spacious rooftop patio and hot tub. The apartment is spotlessly clean with a modern feel and has everything you need to cook - if you wish to do so. There is a lovely deck off of the living area where you can also see the river and ocean. Wifi is also available in the apartment which was a surprise bonus for us. The community pool is steps away and very nice as well. The pictures posted on the website are exactly what the apartment is like. We were very happy with our stay there. You will have to do a bit of walking and take the first day to explore the village. There is a well stocked, albeit tiny mercado ( grocery store) a five minute walk from the condo and the train station is nearby as well. The harbour area takes about ten minutes to walk to and from there you can catch the ferry to the island that lies between the river and the Atlantic. There are also various tours offered near the ferry dock the range in price and duration. The beach there is gorgeous and you can rent chairs if you wish. There are two small snack bars. Bring your own beach towels from home as they are not included in the condo. The ferry is less than 2 euros round trip. There is another supermarket closer to the harbour and a municipal market open in the mornings that sells fresh fish, meat and a full range of produce. Each day we found new things and discovered that we should have stayed longer! We took the train a few times to Tavira - a charming nearby town -where there is a much greater variety of shops and restaurants. You can get on the train and purchase a ticket from the conductor. It is about 3 euros each for a round trip. There is a schedule posted at the station and online. The only negative part of this holiday was having it come to an end! Marta was wonderful to deal with and answered my many questions promptly. I would recommend her lovely apartment without hesitation.

Clean and spacey apartment in a quiet and beautiful environment. The apartment really had all the luxury we needed; a good air-conditioning, a private jacuzzi, a washing machine, dishwasher, a good freezer, even a big TV. There's a spacious pool, for who doesn't want to be in the jacuzzi all the time. The village has the shops needed and it's easy and fast to visit the beach. The owner is super friendly and always helpful, gave tips about restaurants. All was excellent.

Pros: The property was clean and well-maintained. Situated close to the local town, stunning local beaches, and swimming pool. The local restaurants are all very reasonably priced for the high quality of food they offer. The owner provided us with a fantastic service from start to finish, all throughout our stay. The views from the roof of the apartment were lovely. The apartment had everything that you would need for a holiday plus more and was very modern and clean. We do not have children but it looked like a very nice and safe place for kids, the apartment contained all the beach equipment you would need for a family holiday. However, as a retreat for a couple it suited our needs perfectly as well. I would recommend this property to a friend. Cheap flights, cheap but exceptional food given the price, and cheap taxi transfers to the apartment.

This great apartment had everything you need for a very comfortable stay.The roof terrace was fantastic with sun loungers table and chairs and small comfy sofa,we used the fab hot tub a few times.The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need for cooking a meal,but why bother as there are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood.The apartment is part of a small beautifully maintained complex with two small pools very safe for young children with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and only about a ten minute stroll to the town square.This is our 4th time in fuseta and this has been the best apartment we have stayed in. Marta made everything so easy organising our taxi and having Jose meet us with the keys.will def stay here again if we return to fuseta .Thanks Marta

The Apartment is wonderful with a big roof terrace including a Jacuzzi, BBQ and spectacular views of the Ria Formosa. Communictaion with Marta was great and we really enjoyed Fuseta. Very authentic and quiet. Covo Fish BBQ is an absolute must. Great vacation and definetly a place to recommend.

We had fantastic holidays in this beautiful apartment. It was very complete and spotless clean. We enjoyed the fantstastic views on the terrace (with the jacuzzi), the walks and biking tours in the beautiful area, the lovely village of Fuseta, etc… We would like to come a next year.
