Добрый день! Гостиница чистая, территория отеля зеленая. Завтраки однообразны но выбор большой, повару большое спасибо: Было все вкусно!!!
Заказывала номер с холодильником, так как лето и хотелось холодных напитков. Но по итогу холодильника не было в номере, на вопрос почему, ответили "Так получилось". Уборку в номере за весь период проживания не делали, но каждый день меняли полотенца и обновляли наборы для принятия душа, чайную зону (мин.вода, пакетики чая) . Персонал сонный, медленный начиная от ребят на ресепшене и кончая администратора отеля.

Комфорт і тепло в номері, наявність робочого столу в номері, якість білизни та рушників (все приємно-біле), смачні сніданки (особливо самса), відношення персоналу.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, 4km. But it is quite comfortable and clean.
There was confusion about "Bed Tax," which was not explained earlier.

The hotel is located in a good place, it has good breakfast and kind staff.
My room did not have a minibar. They didn't have a spa(sauna).

I like the location
The staff didn't clean the room on time. When I returned to the hotel at 3pm my room was not cleaned yet until I requested it.

WIFI at room 201 was unstable and with poor speed. Table was nor suitable for work.

Stayed few nights in January. Good location, not too far from main landmarks. Rooms are cozy in classic style, clean and comfortable. Food was lovely, staff was friendly and helpful.
My room was facing the road, however, it was still so quiet.
Staff should consider more wisely the rooms allocation for different types of guests.

Everything was great! Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, friendly staff, breakfast was included in the price. Breakfast was very good too. Spent three days in the hotel and definitely recommend it for future guests.
I liked everything there. No complaints at all. Thank you very much!

The bed was comfortable.
The room wasn't clean.The staff wasn't friendly. There is no one to carry your luggages.The breakfast was not continental as mentioned.I am disappointed.
