we spent a relaxing and fun 5 days in this spectacular house. it is a well-kept house, very beautiful down to the smallest detail. I really liked the kitchen, perfectly equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the terrace has a dream view. We didn't have time to try out the patio bbq or the bikes, but everything was perfectly clean and in working order. Paulo responded immediately and kindly to all our questions. Definitely a house to recommend, also for the absolutely incredible nature of this splendid strip of land. Long live Portugal, a beautiful country.

This house did not disappoint. The rooftop is a great place to catch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill and being on the beach.

We enjoyed the location, restaurants, beach BUT the bed in the second bedroom severely needs to be upgraded. It is basically a tired mattress /box spring sitting directly on the floor. May be fine for surfers, but anyone else may have issues getting in/out bed.

Amazing place. One of the nicest places we have had the pleasure of staying at if not the best and we have been around the world. Bruno has the house outfitted with everything you need to have a comfortable stay and if you need anything you can text him and he answers almost immediately. We had a problem with the sink and texted Bruno and the next morning his maintenance person—Paula showed up and she fixed it for us. The whole roof is like a patio deck and you can sit up there and watch the ocean and people while having a drink or even have supper up there as there is a huge table and chairs. We also spent most nights up there watching the sunsets which are always gorgeous. There are a couple of great restaurants very close and lots of cafes for morning coffee. Bruno has 2 bikes there and it is about a 10 minute ride to the Pingo Doce where you can get all your groceries at great prices. There is also a ferry that will take you into the heart of old Faro that runs every hour most of the day. If you are coming to the Algarve contact Bruno because his house is the place to stay. We loved it. Right on the beach with all of the amenities. Great communication. Well done Bruno! Our first time.to Faro, the Algarve or Portugal. Weather was mostly great for early February. Great prices, most restaurants and shops were open. Plenty of walking and sightseeing. Friendly people especially considering the tourist volume in high season. The only issue was the prolific graffiti, mostly in the old town. Aside from rhat, it was beautiful too.

Everything you will need is there for a relaxing time on the beach-side. When the weather is good, the roof terras is the place to be with great view on the ocean. In a small supermarket on walking distance you can buy all the basics and there are good restaurants for diners.

I wish I never had to leave. Your home is very inviting and I really felt so comfortable. Everything you need is there to unplug and really relax, but just walk off the property to restaurants and beach walks. So amazing I hardly have words. Just go!

This property is right on the beach and offers unmatched 360 degree views of the area. Restaurants, terrasses, grocery stores are all within walking distance. Parking was not as difficult as we thought it would be. We highly recommend this property!

We stayed for only three nights, but what a wonderful 3 nights they were. The property was lovely. There we’re many restaurants and two small markets within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was spectacular, the hose was well equipped. It was great having a washing machine.

We had a great short stay in this well appointed spacious property. The location is right on the beautiful sandy beach. The roof terrace gives lovely views across Praia de Faro. We used the bikes to explore and fetch groceries. We will definitely come back. Thanks Bruno and Paulo.

Great roof top terrace where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon when the sun went down. Fabulous little cafes and restaurants within walking distance so you never have to leave the island. Sea kayak, water toys, grill, washing machine, this place has everything. Is an eclectic looking place with a beach feel. We enjoyed our time here it was a great way to wind down a long trip to Portugal.

We love this little beach house so much we want to come back right away! Even in lockdown with everything around us closed, it was divine. Surfing right in front of the house, kayaking in the lagoon right behind, biking along beautiful wetlands... The house is super well equipped and cozy and the owner and his family are helpful, flexible and generous - thank you for everything!

We loved staying here! Great location right on the beach. Paulo and Bruno are excellent hosts, they were able and willing to help us with changes to our booking due to the corona virus. It was unfortunate for us that most everything around us was closed due to the pandemic, but we still really enjoyed walking the beach and hanging out on the top deck. We hope to come back under better circumstances...

We've been in Brunos house for nearly two weeks in february. Beside the lucky weather we had, the stay was amazing in every aspect. The house is directly at the beach an the view from the roof terrace is overwhelming. Everything from the description was matched or even better. We loved the bicycles for getting around faro. The neighbourhood is very friendly, the house is comfortable and cosy. The beds invite to sleep a little longer than usual :) We did not eat in a restaurant once, but cooked at home every day. There is a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a excellent equiped kitchen. WIFI works very well, the huge TV (incl. Netflix) is a super bonus for spending evenings on the two sofas in the living room. Check-in and -out were perfectly on point and super friendly. We could go on with writing positive things about this location, but we suggest you should try it for yourself. Thoroughly emoted every aspect of our stay in Praia de Faro! Home is so charming and appealing. Well stocked and the rooftop patio overlooking beach is incomparable. Very accommodating host! Highly recommended !

Großes Objekt mit schöner Aussicht sowohl aufs Meer wie auf die Lagunenseite. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. In der Nebensaison ungestörte Strandspaziergänge. Kurze Autotouren zu Naturreservaten und netten Städtchen mit guten, traditionellen Fischlokalen. Sehr erholsam!

We had a lovely time walking the beach at Praia de Faro — Hiking in the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa — Sunsets atop our villa — Coffee and snacks at Ze-Zea. The time went too quickly and we would love to return.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche gehabt. Mit dem Strand vor der Haustür und exzellenten fischrestaurants nebenan, einer wundervollen Dachterrasse, bequemen Betten und einer super Küchenausstattung, dazu Fahrrädern für sehr schöne Fahrradtouren hat es und an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder!

The hosts and their home are wonderful. The beach loop to the board walk was done each day for a two hour walk/exercise. The local restaurants were fabulous. Highly recommend this amazing home! The kitchen is well equipped—we bought squid at the local market and made an amazing appetizer before dinner out.

Heerlijk huis direct aan het strand, alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Fatima & Paulo zijn zeer vriendelijke aardige mensen waarmee het makkelijk communiceren is. Fantastische vakantie gehad.

Nach dem Morgenbad den ersten Kaffee in der Strandbar gegenüber. Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse und dann nur ein paar Schritte zu gleich 3 Restaurants. 5 min zu Fuss über die Brücke zum Bus, der in 5 min am Flugplatz ist und dann ins Zentrum von Faro fährt. Das schöne Strandhaus ist persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die Vögel im Haff kann man in einiger Entfernung von der Dachterrasse sehen, am besten Fernglas mitnehmen. Den Flugverkehr fanden wir erträglich, da er nicht dirket übers Haus geht und auch nicht permanent war. Haben nur morgens die Schlafzimmerfenster geschlossen. Im Sommer bestimmt mehr Troubel, aber Anfang Oktober fanden wir es perfekt! Wenig Leute am Strand und in den Bars und Restaurants. Das Wasser war angenehm warm zum Baden. Aber aufgrund der Brandung können Kinder, die noch nicht schwimmen können nicht im flachen Wasser spielen. Aber es gibt auch Strand auf der Haffseite, sonders schön am s/ö-Ende der Halbinsel. Super ist auch die Möglichkeit mit Brunos Rädern die Insel und den Naturpark Ria Formosa zu erkunden. Bruno und seine Familie haben uns so gar ein Kinderfahrrad für diesen Zweck besorgt und waren auch sonst sehr schnell und hilfreich bei Fragen. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Bruno!

Great location,great view. 2 bars and 3 restaurants within 40 meters. Rooftop patio gives great 360 degree views. Can only say good things about it!
