The address in booking.com is wrong and tskes yiu a dhowroom of trees residences. The real location is about 500 m ftom SM Fairview. The apartment is not easy to find. As a guest you can not use the community pool.

Care taker is hospitable. Good Assistance.

Guard on duty is so strict. We have an approved letter but insisting we need to present valid id's. We wait so long to proceed to our room. My baby is already crying while waiting.

property unit tower 11 unit 651 clean unlike other condos/hotel in PH AC is good and cold water is continuous but no drinking water internet has strong signal has washer and balcony so you can dry up your clothes has netflix

so why i did give 5/10 despite all the things i like cons to tower 11 unit 651: toilet issues the toilet was clogged and not working properly, it was a disaster the next day. the good thing is the caretaker and owner was nice enough to transfer us to another unit. the other unit was tower 6 unit 729. cons to tower 6 unit 729: me and my fiance had to bring all of our luggages and things to the new unit we did atleast 3 trips, so exhausted. the new unit seems to be clean but i dunno if it is, cuz there was hairs on the beddings and doesn’t smell clean, so we changed the beddings ourselves, thank God there is extra bedding at the closet. the toilet seat was broken my fiance fixed it. the washer doesn’t have extension to the right outlet size it’s good thing my fiance has the right extension. internet was slow. the only thing bugs me was the cleanliness of the new unit. i think it’s fair to make sure it’s clean and have new sheets ready for the next guest, especially now a days covid is just right around the corner.

The only thing missing is there is no iron available. So you cant press your clothes in case you will stay there and attend an occassion.

I was afraid that right after using the bidet attached near the toilet bowl is clogged. I reported it immediately to the owner, the caretaker went but nothing happened. Then after a couple of hours, it's already fixed. The bed in the room is too soft, not comfortable for sleeping longer.

everything..the room is so clean very relaxing we njoy watching on netflx..the entire unit smells good. .even the bathroom is also clean and smell good too .

Cleanliness of the unit. There were small roaches everywhere.

Owner was very kind and replies right away if you have questions. Room was clean and smells clean. Has hot water. Big tv with netflix and fast wifi. Will definitely book again on our next staycation. Thank you so much for having us Ms.Jhoy
