It is perfectly located and the apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and all sorts of drinks and treats were offered which was so kind. The property owner/ manager was very attentive to details and very friendly. He even equipped the apartment with beautiful flowers. It was all perfect.

We loved everything

Location was perfection. Right next to Vondelpark which was gorgeous and the the museums. Our hostess Jaleesa was simply amazing. Very helpful and responsive. Would not change a thing. Get the additional pkg. Totally worth it. The apt is absolutely beautiful.

Fabulous big room with views of the park and trees. Excellent position to access Amsterdam by foot (or bike). Kitchenette was well sticked with snacks and drinks.

Don't bring a heavy case - The stairwell is very steep and (being an apartment) you will have to carry your own. (Although I think the stairwell is a normal feature of Amsterdam).

Funky shabby chic space - imagine your eclectic rich art collector uncle ran an air b&b! we paid the step up fare to have a stocked fridge/pantry… definitely recommend this extra indulgence! The snacks were great for in room happy hours, breakfasts & late nite munchies. Nicholas was helpful & attentive. He recommended restaurants for dinners& we were able to request special drinks & food in the room and that was very appreciated. Only one disappointment-I wish we’d have known that 2 tix to Rijks museum were included — that would have saved us 40 euros.

steep steps/ no elevator- challenging for luggage

The whole apartment, decoration, breakfast, bathroom, are amazing. The details are surprisingly beautiful. The location also is amazing, close the best museums, stores. Even with de COVID situation, our trip to Amsterdam was amazing.

What a GORGEOUS property! Our apartment was incredible! We felt as though we were staying in a museum and found ourselves getting lost in the stories behind the art! If you love art as we do, you MUST stay here, it's incredible! The bed was very comfortable! We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud, it's plush, super soft and the linens are top of the line and smooth, silky cotton. Even in bed you can appreciate the art on the walls and ceiling. There is a small kitchenette in a lovely armoire, but let me tell you, it is very well stocked! You want for nothing! Plenty of drinks and snacks, fruits, herbal teas, flavored coffees if that's your preference. We were brought fresh rolls and croissants each morning and in the evening a freshly home baked apple pie hot out of the oven that was simply put, to die for! Besides the apartment being so beautifully and culturally decorated, romantic and comfy, the location was superb, and I mean SUPERB! We walked to dinner both nights, which was only about a 5-10 minute walk with lot's of food choices and along the way nothing to be bored about! The sights are spectacular with canals and beautiful architecture and trams and bikes and people and it's definitely what you expect when you come to Amsterdam...It is a PRIMO location! Last but certainly not least, we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed! Let me say that again, we were treated like ROYALTY! Our host was extremely attentive and made sure that we were happy and comfortable every minute of our stay. We received hand written cards each morning wishing us a wonderful day and making certain that we had everything we needed or wanted. What a caring, friendly and wonderful man he is and honestly it felt more like he was a long time friend who had invited us to stay!

Only that we had to go home :(

The mansion is simply awesome and the vibe is great! We loved every minute of our stay and host Charles is incredible. He sure knows how to create a perfect getaway for his guests. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place. It’s romantic, stylish and super cozy and we felt like we were on cloud 9 from the minute we entered. Long story short.. it’s just perfect!
