Propreté, confort, luxe, vue, installations, service. L'hôtel est magnifique, avec un style et un design réfléchis avec une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la baie. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Fin octobre l'hôtel était très calme et reposant. Merci à Gizem à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux et impeccable. Les horaires sont très arrangeantes (petit dej jusqu'à 10h30 ; restau jusqu'à 23h ; spa jusqu'à 21h).

Les portions du restaurant trop petites, cocktails un peu décevants pour pleinement profiter de la dolce vita. Attention pour rejoindre les plages ou les villes avoisinantes il faut prendre le taxi (compter entre 5 et 10€ par trajet).

The view from the swimming pool area was beautiful

This isnt a 5 star hotel. The service was shockingly bad. They showed little interest in their guests. their command of English was poor and they had no customer service culture. The hotel is advertised as Doria Bodrum Central. It is at least 3 miles outside Bodrum in a not very attractive area. The Doria beach club was closed at the end of September but they didnt say that on their website, so we arrived at the hotel to be told it was closed. If the location was more accurately described and we were told the beach club was closed we would NOT have booked this hotel. We were MISS SOLD.

Great room. Very generous size. Beds were very comfortable. We had a room below the pool terrace and at night you could hear chairs being dragged around. Stunning view out over the ocean.

It might have been because it was out of season, but the skeleton staff in the dining room/bar were pretty ordinary. There were very few guests in the hotel, yet service was very very slow. Breakfast buffet was ok, but basic.

Exceptional views, stunning pool area and free shuttle to beach club was a bonus. Duygu on reception was very helpful.

The service is terrible especially around the pool. We weren’t the only guests complaining about this. You had to go into the restaurant to find someone to serve you which is a missed opportunity for the hotel.

Very friendly Staff!!! I had great time staying there. Lokman and Duygu are Amazing. Also Ece, Hedijeh and other people at reception desk are great. Bel boys and people who are working at the restaurant are great too!!

The beach, location and food was good

The toilet was very dirty even when they clean it, its still dirty It’s noisy and disturbing when other rooms close their doors it’s very loud We have to ask for a duvet cover which is weird and pillows not comfortable at all
