Unfortunately it rained for the two days we were there, so we spent alot of time in our lovely room and bath. So nice. Breakfast was wonderful. A nice respite in the middle of a busy trip.

Love the property and enjoy staying here
Customer service by the gentlemen that checked us in on the Friday was poor,
Didn’t make us feel welcome, all he was interested in was taking the payment for the room as “he’d get in trouble if it wasn’t taken immediately”
There are ways and means of asking but asking 3 times in the first 2 minutes of us arriving does not make the customer feel special
Also no offer of help with any bags upstairs. I would have declined the offer but it’s just good manners and courteous to ask surely.
We stayed here on honeymoon in 2019 and it was an anniversary for us coming back for the weekend.
I just felt that our business wasn’t appreciated, as the check in process was just unwelcoming
After spending well over 400 for the weekend stay I wouldn’t rush to come back.
We’re regular visitors to the area and have stayed in the
swan a few times.
It would not have taken much effort on check in to make us feel wanted and appreciated so maybe this feedback helps in some way to improve service

Location is convenient, the room is fairly clean and the staff is nice and warm
The layout of the room is a little weird and the facilities are not as great considering the amount of money spent, there is no toothbrush or slippers, the Wi-Fi hasn’t got the best signal

Friendly welcome, beautiful property in a superb location. Clean and the room was really comfortable: beds, large and well equipped bathroom.
Cosy lounge / breakfast area with tea and cake in the late afternoon!

Room was huge, everything was very clean & staff were really friendly nothing was a problem (even arriving a couple of hours early and getting car parked in the full car park). Huge choice for breakfast cooked and cold. Hot tub was a great touch we would definitely stay again.
Only thing I would change would be something on floor of yard for entering/exiting the hot tub.

breakfast smelled nice but we unfortunately didn’t have time for ours, bath was incredible and the bed was amazing. the tea and coffee they provided was well thought out and very tasty however the biscuits were stale.
The receptionist seemed dismissive and rude because of our age. We had asked for parking and we’re provided a bay however upon returning from work on our second night (albeit at 1am) someone was parked in our numbered bay and so we had to block someone in (sorry!). It wasn’t loud by any means however sound seemed to travel quite easily through floors and we could hear other guests so bare this in mind if travelling with children or light sleepers.

Spa bath, lovely breakfast room, variety of veggie breakfast options and the selection of games. Enjoyed discovering the green board game!
Found the room very hot and would have appreciated a bottle of water or fruit juice as part of the complementary drinks selection.

Location couldn't be better, staff and hotel were both lovely. Parking on site is a bonus in the Lakes.
Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of English and Mediterranean options.
We liked the hot tub ideal after a long walk.
The suite was spacious, lovely large bathroom.
Afternoon cake, coffee and excellent range of teas is a nice touch.
The bedroom area in room 2 felt dark and lighting was required all the time, even on the sunny days.
Blinds in the sitting area were not easy to use and the door blinds you caught every time you walked through the doors to outside. Kept having to straighten them.
The hot tub although a great addition and had some privacy it was not completely private for those more self conscious guests.

Parking was a nightmare as well as the bath being a little dirty on arrival.
