This accommodation only Hotel was originally built in the late 19th century. The Charlesworth is situated in the very centre of Bournemouth, only 3 minutes from the award-winning beaches and the town’s shops, bars and restaurants.

Location was really good and staff were lovely. Very reasonable price.
Information on their policies wasn’t included on booking.com, only on their website, so initially they weren’t going to let us stay. Make sure i formation is on all partner websites!! Room was very small, barely enough room to walk around and smelt like sick.

Lovely little room come to Bournemouth a lot and couldn’t find somewhere that suited our needs until now. We will definitely return.

Great location and Karen was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.
The room we got ended up being the large family room although only 2 of us. Room was a little dated we felt but clean.

Extremely friendly welcoming couple who run it. Welcomed us on arrival and came to say goodbye when we left. Lovely big family room.
Such a shame they don't offer breakfast. It's not a complaint tho as we knew this before booking.

location is perfect, could do with a little maintenance to room, but overall good value, we stayed in the heatwave and even with the room fan plus our own fan the room was very hot, not much they can do about that short of installing air conditioning but then that has to be paid for so room cost would be more. will hopefully stay their again so not all bad.

The owners are a lovely couple who are very helpful.
The location is in an excellent position between the beach and town.

The lady on Reception was lovely. I have 3 children with autism and adhd and I was worried about staying in one hotel room, she was so kind and reassuring and helpful.

Location was as expected, local to Beach and Main Centre
The Hotel was very dated, the rooms were extremely tired and required a full decoration. The Cleanliness was sub standard. The Pictures portrayed did not meet what we found upon arrival. We also noted , due to the Airshow the prices were far higher than standard for this Hotel. Very Disappointed

Fantastic location - 5-7 minute walk to the beach.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Bed was a bit hard and small for us, but that’s our
issue and one of us being 6ft 3! So not really a big
issue!
