La chambre était très confortable, sur le spot de surf. Le spa est très agréable et les massages pour enfant sont apparemment géniaux (dixit notre fille). On est dans le centre d'Eiriceiria. Vraiment un séjour au top!

A localização do hotel é surreal! Pequeno almoço deliciosa. Boa equipe.

O quarto era bonito, de um modo geral. Mas tinha um papel de parede um pouco cafona e fora de moda que o enfeiava e, principalmente, um cheiro de mofo terrível que seria desagradável para qualquer um mas, para alguém com asma, ainda era mais inadmissível. O chuveiro também funcionava a conta gotas e tinha jatos de água fervente e fria, sem parar. Estas questões foram bem desagradáveis e fora de um contexto de relaxamento.

Our view was amazing we had breakfast every morning on the terrace over looking the ocean it was breathtaking. We loved the smell and the sound of the waves the hotel is amazing as usual we stay here every year if not this location at your other Vila gale locations in Portugal love love them all.

Too bad there was no window in our room as there is space Above the double doors to add windows high beautiful 18 foot ceiling, however we could not leave the door open due to the huge bugs outside our front door every night and possible one entering while leaving the door ajar. I did not also appreciate that I booked a second week here 16-21 august2024 however the reservation was not found in your system we were told my sister and husband stayed next door to us we all booked in May for this trip we were to book at another location however decided to book here since our other family and friends stayed here also. we were stressed when your staff told us there were no rooms available and our last day is Thursday august 15th there is no booking found for our second week , I asked them to call Vila gale Cascais and book there as this is what we do after our second week here book at your other premises also they did not because when we called to verify there was no booking I had to contact our booking agent and get our confirmation printed in Portugues and I emailed Vila gale that we did in fact had a reservation here thank you to Caterina your front desk clerk she was very helpful In Assisting us.

The location was central, convenient and the views from the pool area were fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool area was lovely and modern while the hotel has maintained its charm.

O trajeto do quarto para a piscina interior tem uma escadaria enorme com degraus pequenos, não favorável a pessoas com mobilidade condicionada e/ou a crianças pequenas.

La salle de petit déjeuner extrêmement bruyante. La décoration globale vieillotte.

Very beautiful old-fashion hotel. Perfect location, good breakfast and spacious rooms. We loved the pool area.

Minor inconvenience were the beds which were a bit hard for my back.
