Lovely staff as always, good breakfast, excellent location.

Super location to get Tom anywhere in Tirano. and also if your using the train station it’s right across the Piazza along with the Bernina Express Station. Breakfast was large and filling.

The room was great. perfect size for 1-2 ppl. all the amenities and make sure you get up on the 3rd floor. the views of the valley are superb.

My main problem was the pressure of the shower. It was very weak and unsatisfactory!!

The staff was very welcoming. The rooms were extremely clean. We went there for Christmas and had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant which was nicely decorated and gave the homely Christmas environment.

For the price we paid we would have preferred if the breakfast was included as well (we had to pay separately according to what we bought).

It was quite a small room and extremely warm. We were aware of no Aircon however would not leave the windows open due to flying insects, (we hD previously been bitten.

A very comfortable and recently modernised well appointed hotel. Location was perfect at one side of the square and just 100 metres from the two railway stations - the Italian from Milan and the Bernina line from Chur and St Moritz.. Resataurant excellent and open until after 10 p m.

The hotel is located directly across from the main train station as well as where we caught the Bernina Express. Such a quaint place. They don’t have air conditioning, but the hotel provided fans for us. The wait staff were awesome! The food was seasoned very well to taste and was priced well.

At around 04:30 am some guys were talking loudly down near the square probably awaiting their train. Otherwise, everything was perfect
