Cheap and clean.

Bathroom with Toilet very small. No nightstand to put a phone or watch on.

Very good breakfast. Confortable bed and big restroom. It is so well located, next to a lot of restaurants.

If there is a party at the restaurant, you will have a lot of noise, but if not, there is nothing to say.

I think is the only hotel in Ninove,simple room, (too) soft bed. simple, just to sleep one of some nights. Downstair is a restaurant. check-in hour is from 16 h. and check-out from 11h. I asked for early check-in and it was possible but when i foned the staff on the fone don't know anything about appointement for earlier check-in.I got stressed. The breakfast was very good. The lady working was very friendly and helpful. Because i had still things to do in Ninove i wanted to let my luggage in the reception. But she allowed us to keep the keys and the luggage in the room.She is a very good staff with attention for the hotel customers...

The website says, that the hotel has private parking, It did't. Public car park only ca. 400m away. As we had a full car, it was essential for the booking that there was private parking at the hotel. We asked for a car parking space, when we made the booking. We had no advanced confirmation or info about the non existing carparking.

Clean and a good airco. Helpful staff.

Rooms are a bit small. Just a couple of free parking spaces around the corner, large public parking 150m walk.
