The location is quite good. The cleaning staff was very dedicated and did their job really well! The room was very spacious and well conditioned.
Firstly, breakfast was terrible. It was just a few slices of ham and cheese from a supermarket every morning. Additionally, they had boiled eggs, yougurts and jams. Nothing more was there. None of freshly made produce. I would not call it breakfast at all. Only coffee was good.
Secondly, they mention that they have car parking. It is not true, the hotel itself doesn't have any parking. You just need to park on the nearby street.
Thirdly, kitchen cutlery was absent. Only a few forks and knifes. I had to ask for glasses and plates. Once I asked for a bottle opener for wine and they didn't have it in a hotel at all. Additionally, they didn't have an ironing desk and iron was not available all the time.

The hotel is in a good position. Very clean. Very generous and varied breakfast and a good variety of gluten free products.The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Milazzo.

the staff weee so accommodating and friendly, never too much trouble for anything. the location was wonderful too. the garden area was so nice and full of blooming flowers with areas to sit which was so lovely and peaceful.Although the decor was tired it was very quirky and reminded me of somewhere from the 1970’s hence it being reasonable. Air. conditioning was super!
Firstly nowhere to sit and have a drink inside in the air conditioned bar area, everything was served outside which is a lovely area but there was a heatwave so there was nowhere else to go. The private beach is no longer available.Also there was no kettle or coffee machine which was disappointing.

Good location near to the castle and nice seaview from the room. The hotel style and the rooms very uniqe and absolutely nice. We would like to go back on summer.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade because there were a lot of rooms left, such a great gesture! We had a great stay here
The bed was pretty hard

Very central
Staff did not have masks. It is like covid never existed.
The room was not great, kind of oldish. There was a very strong smell of men perfume.
Also, the toilet flush was broken and it kept falling on the ground.

Great place to stay, comfortable, beautiful view, Very friendly, near the heart of the fishing, parks, walking to center and very spacious accommodations.
Nothing, this is an ideal place to stay.
