I liked what was included in the all inclusive plus the pools available.

We could use to iron all the time, we ask at the reception desk and we bring it back when we checked out.

Hotel is not for family trip. My kids wanted go to jacuzzi but they can't because other (elderly) people has a problem with that :( Bar was open from afternoon till midnight. Beach bar was open from 1pm till 7pm :( Swimming pool opened 10am-8pm!! :( All restaurants was closed between 2- till 7pm ! Omg they are had some nap time.

Location across from the beach and near many restaurants is great. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was reasonably good value.

There are only two elevators and one was out of service on our first day, resulting in long waits. Hot tubs were more like lukewarm tubs.

Location of the hotel 10 out of 10. Size and cleanliness of the rooms 10 out of 10. Breakfast was also good. The cleaning staff were courteous and attentive.

The staff treat their guests with little respect. It started the moment we checked in. Booking.com got blamed for getting things wrong. We booked two rooms. One room for 2 adults and 2 children (showing as a room for two adults and two children) and one room for 2 adults only. Room one is clearly for two adults and two children, but they allowed one child only at 618.24€ for the four nights. Room two was for two adults but recorded as being for 2 adults and one child, but they only allowed two adults for the same amount of 618.24€. Same money as the first room but minus a child! We argued that 1236.48€ paid for two rooms for four adults and two children, and even then, they could not see that each room was charged at the same rate, two adults, one child x two = four adults and two children. In the end, they checked us in still arguing that it is only for four adults and one child! The restaurant, however, was even worse. Expect to be told off if you try and enter without a room key because you left it in the room! Worse still, having gone into the restaurant for dinner, you find the food is of low quality. Ordering drinks was also blunt; before ordering anything they check how you want to pay for the drinks. How about bringing the drinks and then asking how you wish to pay like any normal restaurant? Breakfast, on the other hand, is good. To cap it all one day, we were left with a clean room but with no towels. Ringing reception to report the problem did not work, as no one answered the phone. In the end, we went down to reception and were told that the phone was not answered because she was busy with guests! We were then handed out towels to take to our room! Not the pleasant family get-together we were expecting.

Spacious rooms spotlessly clean large balcony well equipped large bathrooms and friendly efficient staff. Spa and pool areas are an added bonus.It is an ideal location for a couples or family break. The bar and food prices are reasonable and morning coffee with a slice of home made apple pie a must.

ants !!! reported it and room cleaned and washed but ants still present all during stay . just not what a person likes to see. the scan code only seemed to bring up information in Spanish . buffet way over priced if not included in booking and staff under pressure when computer in buffet room failed .

Friendly staff. Helpful especially as we had to leave early due to corona virus shut down in Spain.

Clean, nice views, helpful staff, good location

Coffee was really bad at breakfast. Children weren’t allowed to go to warm pool outside (even with parents). The other pools were like 14C. Why such stupid rule?
