Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier richtig. Frühstück war super war alles da. Restaurant war gut und das Essen hat auch geschmeckt. Preis Leistung war gut.

Ggf. wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank gut. Wir sind mit Hund gereist und das Hundefutter konnte nicht gekühlt werden. Wenn es warm ist, ist das nicht so gut. Evtl. fehlt noch ein Wasseroberfläche um sich zwischendurch mal einen Tee oder Kaffee zu machen.

Wir buchen das Hotel Balland‘s immer wieder, weil es für uns sehr gut passt!

Nice off beat countryside setting, close base to.safari serengetti, nice breakfast and evening restaurant options. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a real find. A lovely hotel in the countryside. Very well appointed, spacious rooms. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was outstanding. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Spacious and and modern room. Clean with big enough bathroom. Very good parking and access. Located only 5 km from Autobahn in a nice quite small village. Having a restaurant at the hotel was just then perfect.

The beds were a bit too hard for us. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

We absolutely loved our stay! Super clean, newly renovated and big rooms, great breakfast buffet and the restaurant also served super delicious food. The staff are very friendly!

The only thing we missed was a mini bar in our rooms and coffee facilities.

Good choice in the freshly prepared breakfast buffet. Edge of village rural location was convenient for my needs. Room very comfortable and well- equipped, with ample storage shelving. Freindly and helful staff - worth a recommendatuon!

tercera vez ya - simply the best!!!!

It was easy to access from the highway (approx 6kms) and located in a quiet idyllic area. My spouse forgot his tooth brush and the hotel provided him with a spare one they had in stock. One colleague did apologize for the miscommunication provided by her manager.

When we arrived at 9PM it took already more than 10mins before it was our turn at the reception, even though the receptionist was only small talking with one guest about not relevant check in questions. Apparently we could not get anything for dinner anymore although I had requested opening hours from the restaurant two days in advance of our travels. Until today (exactly one week since I send the request) I have not received an answer by the hotel. The hotel room itself was fairly big and clean, but the sofa furniture was a no-go. The fake leather sofa already looked pretty shady and most places were without leather /colour ... This furniture should had been either replaced or removed long time ago. The next morning we were hit by a bad surprise, when we found out that the receptionist (as per an employee information, they say it was the hotel manager itself) has provided us with wrong information on the breakfast times, and breakfast already closes at 9AM and not 10 AM as advised. Not enough to have received wrong time table, but another employee answered me in a very offensive attitude that this isn't correct and breakfast closed. I have been approached in a very rude attitude, offending me as a guest of not saying the truth. Since I am native German, I am aware that there was for sure no miscommunication in language... Anyways, we did end up with some breakfast from the hotel, but this lady made us find plates and cutlery ourselves from other tables and left us with the comment "you're the last one at breakfast today". The breakfast itself was very poor and disappointing, the coffee tasted like several hours old and the cheese didn't look as fresh anymore either. We decided just to eat as much as needed and left, in this moment another guest with daughter appeared for breakfast, obviously they also didn't receive the correct time table...

The area is very nice and quiet. The hotel perfectly fits into surrounding, with very nice garden. Room is nice and comfort. The staff was polite and useful. They provided us dinner, despite the fact we come little be late for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and varied.
